Femmina Italian Grill on Stokes Road is a true Medford gem!
If you’re looking for traditional Italian dishes that taste like they came straight from Nonna’s kitchen, this is the place. Every meal is packed with rich, authentic flavor — from their fresh pastas to their classic chicken, veal, and seafood entrées. You can feel the passion and heritage in every bite.
The portions are huge — truly generous plates that give you more than your money’s worth. Whether it’s their beautifully prepared Chicken Parmigiana, Fra Diavolo, or one of their incredible seafood specials, you will never leave hungry. Most dishes easily become two meals!

The server was great. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the visit. I hate leaving bad reviews, but good or bad, I leave a review. The chicken marsala was absolutely nothing to write home about, it was more like something you’d get at a diner that doesn’t specialize in Italian dishes. The clams casino were just ok. The pizza was average for what was advertised to be something of much more high quality than what it ended up being. The oversized garlic knots were really good table bread to start the meal.

Adorable and comfortable atmosphere. The food is casually delicious, fresh farm to table vibe with notes of elegance and upscale ingredients, prepared perfectly. The portion sizes are unbelievable! Service was amazing. The place is clean and well lit maybe a little loud. The decor is modern and chic, partially open kitchen is cool. The only downside to this place is the lack of space. The tables are kind of crammed and make for a lot of commotion with servers and patrons but other than that, no complaints.

Went to celebrate a friend’s good health. The food was amazing and the atmosphere so jovial. Definitely consider making a reservation if you want to go in the evening for a sit down dinner, but you have the option to call in an order and pick it up as well.

Great night! Great service with superfantastic food. First time here, very impressed. My veal dish was perfectly cooked. I could cut it with my fork. The scallops my wife said was fabulous. The kids had pizza and ravioli. Everything was great and we’ll be back next time we’re in town

Had my birthday dinner here and our server was Emmanuella – she was awesome. Very personable. Made very good suggestions. I wanted dessert but was so full, she went the extra mile and brought me a mini cannoli to try. Portions & food are fantastic- had the long hots as an appetizer & yellow fin with grilled shrimp and ravioli. I’m definitely coming back.
