The pasta was a little off but we couldn’t put our finger on exactly what it was missing. The bread sticks hit the spot so fresh and hot everything we miss about it. I got one of the hot subs and it was as amazing as I remembered it! I’m sure the pasta was a one off thing and I cannot wait to go back or hoping they’ll eventually open one in Peoria we got lucky after our long flight back into Mesa it was kind of on the way home. The customer service was top notch and everyone was so friendly. Thank you!!

First time here in the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere. Ordered an Italian sandwich with a side salad, not pleased with the salad.. The server threw the plate at me and walked off. Left garnished salad on the table took my sandwich back I’m allergic to spices tomato and there was chili on my sandwich which I was not aware of. The cashier at 4pm was very polite and understood the menu very well. I give her a 10 star. After I took my sandwich back wow it is delicious. Rebecca is a great server.

Had lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. While we were ordering at the register, the cashier overheard us talking about how it was the birthday of our group members. She smiled real big, wished him happy birthday, and promptly presented him with a cookie. That was unexpected and appreciated. As this was my first visit to Fazoli’s since it returned to the valley, I didn’t leave a tip at the register, thinking it was going to be a typical fast food experience. I was wrong, and we ended up leaving a tip on the table. Even though we ordered at the counter and got our own drinks (Pepsi house, yay!), the staff brought breadsticks, served our food -on real plates, not disposable- and kept checking with us to see if we needed anything. They also cleaned up everthing! The store was clean and bright, and we felt like we were able to have a conversation without disturbing anyone around us. Service was efficient and timely. The food itself was what I expected of fast food pasta. I ordered the lunch deal, where I chose 2 items for a reasonable price. I chose fettucini alfredo with chicken and penne with marinara. The portion sizes were perfect, especially with the beadsticks added to it. As for flavor, the pasta had plenty of sauce; the alfredo had a rich flavor while the marinara was a little too bland for me; the fettucini had good texture but the penne was chewy; and the breadsticks were warm, soft, and flavorful. Quite frankly, the breadsticks were way better than Olive Garden’s and the highlight of the meal, and I’d go back just for those!

“Honest review: I’m not Italian, but I think they’d agree with me when I say this place misses the mark. Chicken parmesan was overcooked to a hockey puck, chicken alfredo lacked flavor, and the pizza tasted like frozen. Garlic bread was a joke – I’d rather have crackers. Honestly, a frozen pizza from home would’ve been better. BUT, service was FAST and price was reasonable ($62 for 6 people). If you’re looking for a quick bite, this place might work, but don’t expect authentic Italian flavors. Kids didn’t touch the pizza, sadly. Maybe just stick to takeout?” 2/5 stars

The cheapest food in the world to make just so happen to be Italian food especially when it comes to their pastas and the sauces. If you are low on a budget and stuck at home you can go to the store and for $1.25 you can buy your pasta and for another four dollars you can buy your sauce and that makes your right there is enough to feed a family of five Fazoli‘s is definitely on something by Selling Italian food. Maybe because it was a brand new restaurant or maybe it just the motto that they push but the restaurant was absolutely clean the staff was well dressed no one had any dirty uniforms on and all the devices that make the food were shiny and chrome as I walked through the register I looked towards the back and I know it is that they are pushing out pillow size Sack of sauce and cutting them open putting them into a bucket or a pot and later in them on the pasta very fast and very efficient I ordered the fettuccine with marinara and Italian peppers over the top everyone was excited about my order because no one has ever got that combination but for me it was run of the mail And right up my alley. You may ask yourself why such a long review and I’ll tell you why such a long review I don’t want any details to go overlooked this place is the epitome of capitalism they have a great product in my opinion they are going to be the Spaghetti Factory killer !

We have missed our Italian fast food place with the bread sticks! So happy to have Fazoli’ back in the valley! It’s not fine dining but it’s good solid food. . . With bread sticks! The chicken alfredo is a fav and the spaghetti with meatballs plate, the baked ziti is good and I’m looking forward to trying the new ricotta filled shells, oh. And bread sticks! Did I mention the bread sticks? We like them! Yay! Fazoli’s! Good stuff! . . .with bread sticks!

I often try places and decide that they weren’t with the price. I spent 30$ here, and have no regrets. I had forgotten the bread sticks; they were delicious and filling. It’s not quite fast food Italian; it’s quality and quick, but worth the price. Also Italian donuts are very small.
