Had the classic sampler. Lasagna and Alfredo were good. The spaghetti was average at best. Mozzarella bites were pretty good, as well as the bread sticks. Our server was very nice.

I ordered the Ultimate Sampler, featuring lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti with a meatball, and mostaccioli (penne), served with a side salad. One packet of dressing wasn’t enough—either they’re making them smaller, or I just needed more! My friend got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with a slice of pizza. The food was decent this time around.

Had trouble finding low fat meals in town after having surgery, and Fazoli’s had an amazing menu that every detail we were looking for and great food. Especially compared to the hospital meal we were served.

The service was awful and the manager Brittany was very very unfriendly did not smile one time and we got our food to go but once we got to eat our Alfredo had maybe 10 pieces of chicken and my carbonara has hardly any sauce or chicken . We might as well have went to the store for. Package of spaghetti noodles and had them with butter it would have been better not to mention our order was 42 bucks. The salad was wilted and we were not happy. So I took the stuff back and asked for a refund explaining the lack of sauce and she was very rude remind you this is a person hired as a manager. She yelled at me and stated “I’m not giving you a refund”. This lady does not deserve a manager position with her very bad attitude. So I don’t recommend going to this particular fazolis. Very very very bad service and the food was not acceptable. So Mr ducket if you are reading this please have a talk with this very unfriendly lady that made manager. The right thing would have been to refund us for the particular items but she refused and screamed at me. So no more business will come from us or any family or friends.

I would not recommend anyone visit this location. The staff was completely unfriendly from the very beginning and gave the impression that having customers was an inconvenience. We drove up to the window and were ignored by the drive-through worker. She looked at us with a very unpleasant expression, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to take another order without even opening the window. Even while taking that order, she appeared angry and rude. I believe her name was Ashley.
I then called to speak with the manager, but she showed little concern about the situation and simply said she would “take a note of it.” When I asked for her name, she told me it was “T-Pain,” like the artist.
Very disappointed with the unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere.

It was excellent! I ordered the pizza baked spaghetti for me and my daughter for lunch and it was so good. I took a picture of what we had left oh you also got breadsticks with this all you can eat. I hope you do try them out!!!

We ordered a simple dish of ziti with chicken in marinara sauce & told the cashier that we didn’t want any cheese yet when we received our order there was zero marinara & lots of melted cheese. She also gave the wrong order to the other person in our party. She was unprofessional with no apology
The correct dish arrived from a different server who offered an apology.
The meal was hot & tasty & did partially make up for the awful original service
