Got a happy hour advertisement in the mail I live in Hilliard for 50% off for noon to 4 PM and I believe it’s 9 PM till like midnight. The code didn’t work so I called the store. I had to talk to the manager whose name is Jason. I think.. he told me to bring in the coupon which I did. He then took it from me(apparently, so I couldn’t attempt to use the code again) and told me that he just comped both of my full price menu items and explain that the Number just sometimes doesn’t work even though the fine print said it was good until February 28 which he carefully scrutinized, turns out he didn’t do any of that and I got charged full price. I called back left my name and number because it was the lunch hour and told his employee to give me a call back when he wasn’t busy. Never even bothered to call back on top of that. The pizzas were garbage. One of them was completely red with pizza sauce because there is absolutely almost no cheese at all like as in none which at the time I didn’t mind because he comped the pizzas (so he said)so why complain… then when I check in my credit cards both pizzas we’re on there and I didn’t even get the 50% off plus the pizzas are garbage. It’s been going downhill for a while now undercooked pizzas, inconsistent, toppings, amounts of cheese and now pricing you can do better. I would’ve been fine with just a half off and a properly made pizza. This has been going on for three months or so I think it’s time for a new person in charge of this store just my two cents. This place was amazing. The staff. Worked VERY WELL together as it was tight quarters and everyone knew their job and did it like a well oiled machine. Everyone was kind to each other, seemed in good moods and the customer service not only for us, but every other person who walked in, was amazing. I would go back specifically to this place as the experience was 5 star and beyond!

Food delivery was an hour late. Cold. The cinnamon bites weren’t done, still doughy. Then they want half the food returned to offer ANYTHING back, but wouldn’t talk to us until an hour after that. Probably won’t ever order from here again after how we’ve been treated.

We normally order once a week or so. This is apparently how the regulars are serviced. We’d have been fine with the late delivery if the food had been done and hot.

I had a terrible experience with my recent order. I placed an order around 9:30pm, and it wasn’t delivered until 11:30pm. I understand delays can happen, but the customer service made the situation worse. I called to check on my order and was repeatedly told by the person on the phone, James, “life is good.” While I agree that there’s much to be thankful for, this response felt dismissive when I was simply frustrated about my food arriving two hours late.

To add to the frustration, I was put on hold for a long time and eventually hung up on. When the driver, James, finally arrived, he insisted that I needed to pay again, even though I had already paid. I explained that I had spoken to someone about this earlier, but he continued to repeat “life is good.” I was irritated by this response, especially given the circumstances.

I understand that James shared his personal story about being from Ukraine and about bombs going off rudely which is on my ring doorbell camera, and while I empathize with his situation, it felt inappropriate in the context of resolving a customer service issue. He stepped very close to almost inside my door and I immediately shut it because that was weird and inappropriate. I hope Domino’s will address this and improve their customer service because this experience was unacceptable.

Look at my pizza ! I’m done with this locations services.

UPDATE-Gave them another chance and disappointed again! Why are you charging the same price for nearly empty pasta bowls? And large spots of my pizzas had no cheese. Also, Toppings mixed in like you wiped the table and threw it on my pizza!!! I spent almost $70 and this is the crap I got. Im going to request a partial credit to my card.
Your customers clearly aren’t important to you. Pizza hut is worth a couple bucks more… You lost my money.

I ordered a pizza with ham and other toppings. The ham was cold and looked like I came home and cut up lunch meat. See the cooked ham pizza vs. lunchmeat pizza? Mngr said they forgot while making so she heated it a tin and threw it on…seriously? BS. I’m done with this place! Remake it rather than lose a customer? Guess not.

I tried to order in the app but there was some error and I was prompted to call the store. When I did, they picked up, didn’t say a word and immediately hung up. Thinking there was no way that just happened, I called again and got the same result.

We just moved to town, our dog just died, we just wanted some comfort food and this store treated their customers like trash. I will never order from here again.

I’ve been ordering the same pizza for about the last 4 months, and decided the last two times to instead of asking for extra cheese, to not. The last two times I’ve ordered my pizza, I’ve gotten more cheese on it, then when I asked for extra cheese. I feel like when I’m ordering a pizza with cheese, and I asked for extra cheese they don’t put as much on it as they would if you didn’t ask for extra, and now I feel like I’m getting ripped off on the regular.

I’m back. I ordered more recent as o do love the thin crust pizza. I use the app to order and I’ve made some dumb mistakes like no sauce wrong crust and even bbq am sauce on a cheese pizza? Today I did the crust thing but I double checked on my light sauce selection and I had it selected tell me why I keep biting into spots were the sauce actually oozes out is the cheese as you bit and it burns the roof of my mouth to the point the skin peels off it why I order light sauce. I enjoy your pizza but I’m allergic to your sauce we hen it touches the rough of my mouth or lips and she I was youn mg is get a rash around my mouth from many tomato products. So light sauce means light sauce 10/15/23 I do love the staff I’m not ever sure how my pizzas going to turn out!

I have never had a drier pizza. I ask for light sauce because I’m sensitive to tomato sauce. I didn’t ask for no sauce or light cheese. The center of my pizza is dried and crispy. We walked to go get it and I’m always told bring it back in. It’s cold out there #184 on Monday 01/10/22.
