Our favorite regional “fast food” chain by far. This was our first time trying it; we were very excited and it didn’t disappoint. We got the four cheese stuffed shells and made it into a combo with the side of a pizza slice (which seems like a great deal!) and the new Italian doughnuts to split for lunch. Once you order, they bring your food to your table, which is always a nice touch at fast food restaurants. When the food arrived, we were shocked at how much food it was for $21, especially compared to what you would get for that at traditional fast food chains. It was 3 large stuffed shells, 3 breadsticks, a decent sized slice of pizza and 5 large donut holes with chocolate dipping sauce. I’m pretty sure the menu said the bread sticks were also unlimited when dining in, but we were stuffed after eating everything. The stuffed shells and breadsticks were really good and reminded me of Olive Garden for half the price. The pizza was a little lackluster, but as a side it was still good value. It had a sweeter sauce and reminded me of gas station pizza. The donuts were just small glazed doughnuts, which is a bit disappointing that they were labeled as “Italian doughnuts,” but true zeppolis are so rare in the US that I would’ve been blown away if they had them at a fast food chain. Overall, this was an awesome experience and it would definitely be my go to for fast and/ or inexpensive Italian food if I lived near one.

We came with a larger group, staff was friendly, but my meal was forgotten and when told it would be out ASAP, I still saw many others order and get food before me. My entire party was done eating and ready to go before my food showed up. Would return, but cant give a better review without above par service. Mistakes happen, but how people correct the mistakes is what I focus on

Went to fazolis for my lunch break. I work a few doors down at best wash. I ordered the 799 special. Fettachinni pasta it was delicious and also the breadsticks are fire food was hot and freshly made. Will definitely be back and tell my friends. Oh and fast n friendly service

We ordered the garlic shrimp stuffed shells and the loaded shrimp fettuccine. We placed our order at 6:38 pm and at 7:05 pm I went to the counter to check on our order. It was setting under the heat lamp waiting for someone to bring it to the table. We did receive it within a couple of minutes and it was lukewarm with the sauce on the fettuccine thin and runny, not creamy and cheesy. As always, though the breadsticks were yummy. We will definitely think twice before we go there again.

Food’s great, service is fast — no complaints there. But the landscaping could definitely use some love. The area by the drive-thru just looks like someone spilled a bag of lava rocks and called it a day. Some fresh mulch, cleaner borders, maybe a few low-maintenance plants or even flowers would make a huge difference.
This place could easily look like one of the newest spots on the block with a quick facelift. And since it’s the only Fazoli’s around, it’s definitely worth investing in — even small updates would go a long way in making it feel more welcoming and modern. Ty for coming to my Ted talk.

Went today for lunch after many years of not going here. I was surprised how good it was! Cashier was sweet and pleasant, food was hot and fresh. The breadsticks are better than Olive Garden! The dining room was clean, the soda area was well stocked. An employee came and took our plates when we were finished eating. Atmosphere was very good and we will be back!
My only complaint would be that that bathroom needs a makeover. It was very small and dated.

It was my first time here, got my order went to go eat and noticed a white hair. I went up to the store told one of the workers about what I had found on my food and he seemed to be very rude about it. He replaced it and handed me the order and said “Hair Free” in such a rude way. I told him the hair was in the food I tried to show him and told him I even took pictures and he just turned away all moody. Hope he doesn’t treat other customers like that.

Everyone has bad customer service here! Rude ! They are pictured ! John at the front counter was rude & seem as if it was an inconvenience anytime he had to do anything . But the guy Scott who was cleaning tables was sweet & helpful. The food was okay. The spaghetti barely had sauce. & the pizza was burnt . But the prices are decent with their lunch specials.

Horrible horrible horrible service. We waited 40 minutes for our food and when we finally got it, we were missing an entire meal. No breadsticks were offered before our food came out. We also got 0 breadsticks with our food when it came out and they said they would bring us some (which they never did). The missing meal did not come out until after everyone else was done eating. Very ridiculous. I should have just went to Sybergs even though they had a 35 minute wait, it would have been quicker. (On top of everything there was a foul smell around the soda fountain that my entire family noticed)
