As soon as my husband pulled up to the speaker, he was met with snappy, short tempered responses and could hear arguing in the background of the kitchen. When he was trying to order, he was told in a rude mannered way that they didn’t have wings or pizza breadsticks. When he got to the window, there were women arguing loudly and pointing fingers at each other. We got fettuccine Alfredo which tasted like shrimp pasta even though there wasn’t any shrimp in it, tasted nothing like their Alfredo sauce usually does, inedible for someone who doesn’t like seafood. The pizza slices we got for our son were burnt, dry and cold, also inedible. The breadsticks were more of a salt block than they usually are. The only good part about this dinner was the side salad. Highly disappointed with the customer service and the food, i’m not sure we’ll be going back.

Stopped in Wednesday 3/4/26 we ordered our food to go and went and sat while we waited. As we watched people who ordered after us get their food. After 20 minutes we stepped up and asked where our order was. A server was returning someones food and I heard her say “they said this was cold” the man looked at her and said “this isn’t a five star restaurant” where we all could hear. The people were scattered, disorganized and rude snapping at us for questioning them. He asked the gray haired lady in back who appeared to be a manager. She snapped they only got our order 3 minutes ago. We corrected her. They were so unpleasant and no one seemed to know where our order was. We told her we didn’t like her unprofessional attitude and just give us our money back. The lady had to come to the register to refund our money and said this wasn’t the order that was just put in three minutes ago and that they some how reused our number. Our order should have been done a long time ago. We again told her we didn’t like her attitude. She spoke to us with such a condescending tone I don’t know how she still has a job. You pay obscene prices for “fast food” over $12 per order and get treated like this. We definitely will never go back. The food is overpriced and the service is substandard. I tried to reach out to FAT Brands who owns Fazoli’s and they have deactivated any contact us on all their sites. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised with the way these stores are being run now. Such a waste.

We drove an hour for dinner. Just to leave our food. My boyfriend would typically eat seconds at dinner. And can eat anything. Literally never seen him not finish a plate. And he also didn’t eat. He had chicken carbenara and I had loaded Fettuccine Alfredo. It was so salty we couldn’t choke it down. The Alfredo was thicker than gravy. My mushrooms came straight from a can. May have been warmed with the broccoli… but still tasted like can mushrooms. We ordered like fast food. And it would have been better had we just grabbed fast food at home. My photo is what we left not eaten

It’s been four years since my last visit to Fazoli’s. So I decided to come back to celebrate, National Spaghetti Day on the 4th of January. Since my last visit, I’ve learned the Fazoli’s is a franchise and is black and woman owned.
To celebrate Spaghetti Day, I went with a Marinara and Meat Sauce. However, the kid in me really wanted the Meatballs. The portion was a hearty size and was more than enough. It came with a side of Breadsticks. They were the perfect accompaniment.
The young man working as a cashier was very professional and friendly. My food runner was equally friendly and when I finished my meal and was still sitting at the table, she offered to take the empty dishes away. If you are dining in, they use real plates and flatware. That’s a nice touch.
I went at lunchtime and was surprised how busy and full the dining room was. I was also surprised to see diners leaving a couple of dollars on the table as they left. I wonder if the food runner gets all of them or if they split them with all on duty.
I’ll be back and I wont wait four years or a for pasta holiday.
When: January 4, 2026
Why: National Spaghetti Day

We used this restaurant to cater our daughters wedding rehearsal. The manager assisted us with the order. She was very nice and thorough. Food was ready on time. Within minutes of getting our food she realized our chicken had not gotten in our box. She me called me right away and brought it to where we were.

We asked our grandchildren where they wanted to eat. The unanimous choice was Fazoli’s. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the breadsticks kept coming. One minor suggestion would be to offer GF options.

I was disappointed. Back years ago it was good. I went in to get 2 bread sticks and they were overbaked . I asked the kid taking my order to give me ones that were fresh and not overbaked he looked in a daze . I got overbaked ones . Then he had the nerve to ask for a tip . On a $1.65 order ? And he didn’t get fresh ones . No tip . Not on $1.65 order that he walked 5 steps to put 2 bread sticks in a bag . Fazolis get your act together !!

He was kind, helpful and honestly if this was a traditional restaurant I’d tip him triple! He’s a huge reason we came back and we have 3 more Mondays we’ll be in town and you bet we’ll be here! Thanks for the incredible service Lord!
