We had such a great dine in experience last Monday we came back this Monday and had the pleasure of being helped by the same amazing kid! He was kind, helpful and honestly if this was a traditional restaurant I’d tip him triple! He’s a huge reason we came back and we have 3 more Mondays we’ll be in town and you bet we’ll be here! The staff was amazing toward the customer. However there was an entire booth full of cluttered papers with no rhyme or reason in the dining area. Secondly while we were eating the manger (I guess) thought it was appropriate to discipline a worker by giving her a write up in a booth where all near guest could hear. I feel this is highly inappropriate not only for the customers to have to hear this but especially for the employee. She had to defend herself in a dining area of complete strangers who have no right to know her personal business. Both of these should have been handled in the back preferably in an office with just necessary parties present.

FANTASTIC! I loved Fazolis as a kid and the one in my hometown closed down. The food here was amazing, the bread sticks were awesome, and the workers were genuinely nice. I’ll be visiting this one more!!

They said that they were out of salads . Then I went back up to get more bread sticks and they told them that the would make them up some. But did not say that they would do it for me. The other people with us had to keep ask where thir other food was . It took them 15 minutes to bring it to them. They don’t even care that we was being treated right. Half the food was cold .

Our first time here. The food came out fast. No wait time. Was surprised that they had real dishes not starfoam or plastic. The food was OK. Was Not enough sauce on the spaghetti or ravioli. Maddison was our server. She was very polite and helpful . Staff and atmosphere was good. Food wise we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Melosa did well but I think she was nervous. She had someone (Maybe a manager) standing behind her and she seemed on edge and struggled to focus. She was excellent at making sure our order was right, serving, etc.

I havent been to Fazolis in several years because I don’t remember it being all that great, but I saw an ad for their fettucine and it had me craving some chicken alfredo. My sister in law and i went with my son and her daughter. It took 30 minutes to get our order. My chicken fettucine came with 3 quarter sized pieces of chicken. I thought it was a mistake so i took it up to the employee and she took it to the back, told the cook “EXTRA chicken,” and I then received 3 more, even smaller pieces of chicken. I honestly couldn’t believe it. The food was decent, but I knew in that moment they wouldn’t be getting my money again. Fast forward to time to leave, we ordered a basic fettucine alfredo to go for my mother. Another 30 mins passed, the lobby was full of people waiting for their orders.. it was chaotic. Its noodles and sauce, not rocket science.
