My rating is based on food, not the service or staff! I spent about $47 to feed 2 people 2 kids. I ordered a chicken pasta and the husband ordered their new cheaper meal. I was shocked what came with the kids meal. It was a small slice of pizza and a drink! The bread sticks were very soggy and didn’t come out till after we asked. The pasta was very bland and no flavor. It was over priced for what I ordered.

Always delicious! Haven’t been here for years, but it is still a lovely experience. I’m glad it’s still around, and just as tasty. Bread sticks are great, and all the pastas are good. Cheesecake is from Cheesecake Factory and it’s top tier delicious. Can not recommend Fazili’s enough.

Stumbled upon this restaurant when I was looking around for something quick and it was one of the best places I’ve ever been to. The main point I would like to point out is the customer service. It was quite a surprise for a fast food restaurant to have such a premium hospitality. Sir at the cashier was quite benevolent and the food was brought to our table in such a professional manner that it did not seem like a fast food restaurant at all. The price was fairly well for the quality of food, which was authentic and well made. The restaurant was clean, and appealing at first glance and wait time was practically nothing. I was very impressed with the quality this place and to offer and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This place has gone downhill a bit. Decreased portions and they don’t like to give more than 2 breadsticks if not dining in. Newsflash, some of us still care that there is a pandemic and do not wish to dine in with multiple coughing people. The fried mozzarella balls were amazing.

I like that they are branching out and serving chicken wings. When they bringing your food out it feels like a legit Italian restaurant where they grind up parmesan cheese to top off your plate. Love the cheesecake factory cheesecakes as well. I would give them an extra star if some of their dishes were just a little bit better

Many good options. I had spicy baked ziti with chicken. While most places close around 8:45ish and have Limited covid menus. This place is open until 10 pm on Wednesday with full menu. I liked the frozen lemon ice.

I love Italian food, and apparently not bad when it’s fast food either. If you eat in they they come around with a basket offering their delicious breadsticks. Drive thru is pretty convenient too.

Catering highly recommended! We moved and Fazoli’s are nowhere to be found. The girls wanted to come back home to celebrate their birthday and they wanted Fazoli’s food. Fazoli’s had everything in one package – a must … considering we are traveling. When I say everything let me explain (see photos as well); utensils to not only eat the food but serve as well!
