Going into the i asked if I could get something else on my pizza, besides pepperoni. The young man said yes, no problem. I said i would pay any extra.
I ended up with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Paying for it was under $22.00. I tipped $5.00.
As I walked away from the counter the Manager asked if I would like a bread stick as I waited. I said sure. As I sat down he brought them over and we had a very good conversation, short but informative. The Manager then did something that you never see a good Manager do. He picked up a broom and dust pan and worked around the restaurant. I have to say the place was very clean to begin with, even after having lunch rush, as he stated they were very busy.
The pizza was incredible!! Getting the added toppings made it heavy, only being able to eat 2 slices my first setting. I am looking forward to hit it again later.
If you haven’t been to Fazollis you are missing out on a treasure in the dining experience!

Dan and his staff are top notch all the way. Food is always hot fresh and delicious the staff is always friendly and the store is clean as a whistle. My son has special needs are we are never judged and we are treated like family. I am proud that this is my son’s favorite place to eat. I come from over 45 minutes away and will come as long as they have us. Thanks again

For a fast food Italian place, it’s a hit.
The staff was so nice, including Pascual. I used to go to Fazolis often as a teenager and it had been awhile since I went. Their breadsticks are still the best. I also went with a four year old who really enjoyed her meal as well—pasta with sauce on the side. It was a good experience overall.

I had lunch today and also ordered carry out. It was a great experience! Marlene offered awesome service. Very friendly and attentive. I had the penne with chicken, broccoli and tomato’s. The bread sticks are always top notch. My daughter’s family were very excited when I dropped off the family meal. A lot of good food reasonably priced.

Dan is the kind of manager every restaurant wishes they had. He’s attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You can see his leadership in the way the team works and in how clean, organized, and welcoming the place feels. He checked in with us, made sure everyone was taken care of, and genuinely cared that we were having a great meal.
Marlene is a gem. She’s warm and made us feel like family the second we walked in. Her customer service is unmatched. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows.

The server Paige b was rude and was too high to be at working having us repeat our selfs multiple times, we never got asked if we wanted fresh cheese or not and there was hair in my food, also the other guy here (African American) kept giving dirty looks and at one point went into the bathroom to smoke

The people were very friendly here and helpful. The food here is always good. Ordering was very easy and received the food pretty quickly and was very delicious when I brought it home and it was still very warm even though I took a bus home and I live far away from here. When I was leaving they opened the door for me because I use a walker. This is definitely a place to be at. If you Dine in they have endless bread sticks.

UPDATE 7-9-24 I’m very upset to learn Fazoli’s is removing cheese ravioli from their menu. What kind of an Italian restaurant would not offer cheese ravioli?? That’s very weird.
