Food is always great! Sometimes the drive thru service is not great. Belinda (name on receipt) was excellent though! Best we’ve seen here. She was very friendly and food was faster than ever.

For fasting food it’s good. We carb load before a race and this is an easy choice for us because of the garlic bread and red sauce on the pasta.

I don’t know why customers like this. I can whip up better From a jar at home. Poor quality food. Dining room and parking okay. Prices seem a bit high.
8/2022: tried again. food same quality i can prepare at home. or maybe worse. spaghetti sauce taste like they put nutmeg or something in it. $13 with a drink is a rip off. dining room typical fast food vibe. not clean. not efficient. one staffer working cashier apparently took her break during a line of customers. she had some drama. i do not recommend this plate for full price menu. too expensive for quality.

Stopped here with our young kids on our ten hour drive home from the Peach Bowl! (HOOSIERS!) Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. Wish people were this kind up north. Would come back often if we were local!

The customer service was about the best I’ve had in a long while. It was all the workers attitudes being great, not just one person, that made it a great experience. I did think the prices were high but atheist kids meals were o by 1.99 although only 2 options for meal choices

The food was good. I paid for a large marinara for dipping the breads ticks but it wasn’t brought to the table with the order. I told the server that we didn’t get the marinara and thought it would be brought to the table but had to go back to the order counter and ask for it. Then I was asked if I had paid for it. It was listed on the receipt.

In the mood for pasta and was several places to choose, so I chose this place with Doordash delivery. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. The pasta was well cooked and didn’t have the watery sauce most places do, so was very pleased. Now the sauce was good but a bit too tomatoe/ ketchup like but it wasn’t bad. The meatballs had flavor unlike some places could be bland and the sausage was cut in slices and was cooked well and very tasty. That was enjoyable spaghetti and I ordered 2 extra breadsticks, good. I had there chunky chocolate chip cookie and wished I ordered 3 it was that good. Also had the chocolate cheesecake and it was to sweet for me but it was very good, I had no one to share it with that could eat the other half. Only issue I had, that they didn’t provide utensils, parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Come on guys its pasta not indian cuisine to eat with my fingers. Yes I would order again from here but after I try the other shops of course. I would recommend this place.

Victoria Lowe did a great job. She took my order and then when my order was done she had me pay for the food, and then I got the food and it was correct. And also it was good too. Really but the spot. Thank you Fazoli’s for being a beacon of hope in a troubled world.
