I ordered and paid for a loaded baked spaghetti. I only received a regular spaghetti I didn’t know until I got home. I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back to get it corrected. They weren’t busy to this is unacceptable

Diane was fabulous in helping decide the right meal, the meal was brought to us very quickly, and Diane and the manager both checked to see if we needed anything. Baa asked spaghetti is my favorite! We also love the breadsticks and the freshly grated cheese!

I do love Fazoli’s in general. Their reputation for fast service and amazing food is the pinnacle of the fast-casual dining experience. Thus, when I go to any Fazoli’s location, my expectations are pretty high. The Troy location does not disappoint. Service is quick here. Food quality is good for the genere of restaurant. I particularly enjoy the Baked Lasagna and the Breadsticks, which are both unlimited and infused with buttery garlicly goodness.

Usually the wings are drowning in sauce. That’s another issue entirely but at least I’m getting what I’m paying for. Looks like they put only a spoonful of hot sauce on these. There’s more sauce on the lid than the actual wings.

Cashier was very friendly, I didn’t get a name but she is tall with brown hair and has pride pins. it’s very nice to see a company letting their employees express themselves and their diversity. it makes me feel very safe as well.

The food was amazing and delicious. It is very good for Italian and not too high priced. I had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free pasta, and they both were good quality and delicious. The food all looked good and came out fast. The worker was nice and got us some more breadsticks(they are unlimited). Really good!

Very friendly staff and clean dining room. Diane waited on me and she was very friendly and thorough with her order taking. Food is always very good. I got the 3 meat ravioli, the mozzarella bites and a salad. The only thing I would change, and this is every Fazoli’s, is to stop pre-making the salads. Something about the freezing cold bowl and all the ingredients sitting together for an indeterminable amount of time before being served that stakes away from the fresh, crispness.

Food was hot and fresh. Breadsticks were nice and warm and soft. Diane was very customer oriented. She helped me order. Also brought the food out. She even brought me some more bread sticks after a bit. She did her job to a T with one arm in a sling. What a great employee. I will be back. A+ job.
