All of the Fazoli’s near me have closed, so I made a point of visiting one while in Kentucky. I am happy to say the food is still as delicious as ever. The baked spaghetti was a hit, and the club subs were delicious and generously portioned. Only disappointment was they no longer offer the chocolate cheesecake from years ago. Amber was very friendly in taking it order and bringing our food to us.

Disappointed!! They used to have the best chicken salad. Unfortunately it’s not the case now. It’s literally a bowl of lettuce with 4 grape tomatoes a cut up bread stick looks like dried out pepponi! The chicken is the only thing that looks right
It’s supposed to have bacon and two different cheeses in it. I just paid 10. Bucks for a plain as it gets salad. Will not be getting another salad from here.

Totally understandable with the attitudes and lack of service with providing half of what customers pay for that this place got shut down today! Maybe they’ll have better luck keeping a job if they find a better attitude on their next venture

Pizza baked spagetti was awesome. Everything was hot and very tasty!! Definitely would eat here again if we visit KY again. Staff was polite and helpful since it was our first time eating there.

The first two times we visited this was a good place to grab food quick. Not sure what happened tonight as our food and service left much to be desired. Went up to to request our salads and was told he would be right out with those and bread sticks. Our food arrived first as it seemed he had forgotten them. Do not purchase the lasagna rolls at this location. The sauce in one order was mysteriously runny while the other identical order was not. Just got told his order was apparently really hot while my identical order was not??? And talking to the young man at the register will garner mysterious charges that even the hostile acting manager cannot explain. Instead of listening to what my husband was trying to figure out which would be exactly what we were charged for she assumed we were asking for our money back. We literally were trying to figure out what the young man had charged us for and it seemed she couldn’t figure out what that was either. The Diet Mt Dew on the lobby machine was so weak with flavoring my husband couldn’t drink his soda. Overall this experience was really not so great. And we will not be visiting this location again.
