I Love Fazoli’s! The bread sticks are sooo good. They are the best out of anywhere. Better than olive garden even. I love that they are unlimited with your meal. The food is really good. Reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly. The tables are kept clean and I always live to sit in the corner booth. The food comes out pretty quick and employees have come to check up on is while eating. Overall would recommend

First time experience at the Kingsport location, decided to dine in with the family after practice to try the new redesigned menu. To my surprise very well-kept establishment, super-friendly staff, and amazing food. The manager on the floor by the name of Donavan( hopefully not butchering the name) was more than accommodating and helpful in every way. 100% recommend to everyone. Great food, Great service, and Great management.

As a fast food chain, every Fazoli’s will have a margin of acceptable quality; every visit should be predictable, but some will definitely be better than others.
At this location, trying their recently (within the last 6 months) redesigned menu, they knocked it out of the park. Our cashier made an awesome recommendation when my normal choice hadn’t made it through the revamp, and everything our party ordered was really good.

Portions are definitely smaller than last time we ate here for dinner. Friday night and they are closing the dining area down at 6:50pm. Had to ask if we could get more bread sticks. And I swear we had real silverware last time as well. Now, plastic cutlery. Nice.
