Pregnant woman approved. We got baked spaghetti and it was so good! My fiancé got the same with meatballs. Our order was correct and the employees were nice. I would suggest ordering extra sauce if you like it extra saucy. This one is 100% better than the Kingsport location; I highly suggest.

Fazoli’s in Johnson City is Amazing. I stopped by last night for dinner and was greeted by the most wonderful employees. “Gena” took my order, and was so kind and helpful to answer questions I had about menu items. She was very prompt with putting my order together and I had everything I needed included. In addition, I spoke to another very kind employee named “ Rebekah. She answered questions I had about sauces.I could tell the employees there were working hard to get orders together and working as a team. Someone was cleaning the dining area as well.Another kind employee, I failed to ask her name but was middle aged with glasses helped me with my order of additional sauces. The food was impeccable! So wonderful and piping hot. The sauce amount was perfect for the pasta! I can only wish other area restaurants had the same exemplary customer satisfaction goals as Fazoli’s. The price per meal was great for the amount of food given. I will be back not only for the e food, but the amazing customer service as well! Kudos to you Fazolis for having such wonderful employees, such as Rebekah and Gena- and the other staff working. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Todd, Daniel, and Marrisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find a team that delivers such genuine hospitality, and they absolutely did. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

I come here every night on my way to work. Service is great and food is great. Employees are really nice, generous and welcoming. Kevin was working the drive thru when I came through and he is really nice, always has a positive attitude, that’s what makes a great experience and keeps me coming back

This place is actually pretty decent. The food has never looked good to me but I finally gave it a try after living close to one for a few years. I was shocked at how good it was! Though I will say the pizza tastes as sad as it looks. I do not recommend the pizza at all. The bread sticks on the other hand, I could eat several of just those! The meatball sub is good as well, the fettuccine, baked spaghetti and stuffed shells. Now dont expect authentic italian flavors, this place is as Americanized as you can get. But If you’ve been on the fence like I was, definitely give this place a try.

Well it’s been several years since I have had Fazoli’s but it’s not going to be long before I go back. I would almost say it’s worth just for the breadsticks but they are just the icing on the cake. I got the baked spaghetti and it was outstanding. My wife got the baked ziti and it was just as good. The breadsticks were hot, buttery, and perfectly garlicky. I can’t wait to return and you shouldn’t neither. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!

I had been craving Fazoli’s for months, as there isn’t one in Bristol. I was down in Johnson City for something and decided “this is happening”. Best decision of the day! Food was great, and Rebekah’s service just made it that much better! 10/10 would recommend, and make sure that Rebekah is working!

Our waiter was Daniel and he was beyond terrific! Very very friendly, bubbly, and positive which made for an amazing meal. He was very attentive to us while, at the same time, working the drive thru. At no point did he make any of us feel rushed. He was grating cheese for our pasta and even though one person took a minute to tell him to stop and that was enough cheese, he smiled, laughed and joked about having to grab another block of cheese. Something very small but very noticeable and impactful. None of us had cash and I really wanted to leave him a tip so I asked if there was any way I could leave him something (Cashapp, PayPal, etc.) and he smiled and told us that his tip is providing us wonderful service. Daniel is the only server I have ever encountered that has said something like this and it speaks volume.
Daniel, if you read this, thank you for being one of the best servers we have ever had. Your energy and attitude are very contagious and your smile lights up the room❤️

Fresh breadsticks are the best around better than Little Ceasars crazy bread and Olive Gardens breadsticks.
Stuffed shells were pretty good. The extra cheese was like Olivie Garden style great addition.
Background music was ok could have been better but the noise level was perfect. Not to loud.
