We kicked off restaurant week here and it was amazing. Can’t wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow.
Please add the Lasagna bites to the regular permanent menu so so yummy. Our server she was amazing keeping things moving at a leisurely pace and very friendly and knowledgeable.
Definitely coming here on a regular basis.

I enjoyed this restaurant, it’s huge, spacious and beautiful. I loved the stained glass along the walls, the low lighting. It’s perfect for large get together (with a reservation of course) wish I took pictures. The food was excellent, and the waitresses were kind! Thought they didn’t have any spinach left for my friends dinner order, ith just a little patience they found some (maybe they went to Piggly wiggly real quick?) whose to know. I loved my tiramisu, and the packaging they used so I could take it home with me.

Had not been to Fazio’s for a while because I had a bad meal, right after the new owners took over. All I can say it that Fazio’s is back and maybe even better. Had a delicious eggplant parmesan, salad and garlic bread. Oh, that garlic bread! Homemade thousand island dressing topped the generous salad. Eggplant can be bitter, but this was perfection. I started the meal with a lemon drop martini and enjoyed a Mosel land Ars Vitis Riesling with my food.

Fazio’s is a Charleston staple. Great old Italian restaurant with a family run feel. Food is very good in general (excellent to mid depending on what you get). Highly recommend the stuffed peppers app.

Always a Wonderful Italian Dining experience. My go to Italian Restaurant in Charleston. Soft gentle lighting makes for a very intimate experience. Their food is always on point. Get anything on the menu and it will be fantastic. Wine selection is perfection. Great place for a family dinner, get together with friends or coworkers, anniversary date or first date or just a random night out.

The atmosphere was AMAZING. It was like being transported somewhere else. The decor, lighting, and soft music provided a really enjoyable ambiance.

The food was okay. Reasonably priced for what it was, but definitely didn’t match the vibe. I would love to see this restaurant redo their menu. Less options, new recipes, more expensive. The place could be great.

Our waiter was a little rude but nothing major. He seemed flustered by another table and annoyed with us needing time to look over the menu.

My boyfriend loved the seafood platter, except for the fact that the scallops and shrimp were not cleaned properly before being prepared. There was sand in his scallops he kept biting into. We didn’t complain, but will definitely not order seafood from here again. Even though it was beautifully seasoned and well cooked, not being cleaned beforehand is a dealbreaker.

I was assured the spaghetti sauce is vegetarian, and does not have pork bones in it. Which is something I always look out for at nicer Italian restaurants. I was very happy to have that vegetarian option.

Dessert was the best part of the experience. The tiramisu was delightful and I paired it with a delightful heavy Italian Red. If I were to return, I would likely only meet up with friends over wine and Tiramisu and skip dinner.

While I have always loved the cozy low-light dining experience at Fazio’s I wonder if they think about how many more tables they can fit into their dining rooms.
The male host took our table for 2 all the way back to the very back of the restaurant in a corner near the emergency exit door.
Beside us was a long table with at least 14 people.
The server had to speak loudly and walk around the table taking their orders.
We could hardly hear our conversation with each other. In this room there was also another long large group table. The rest of the tables were for at least four to six people.
The food was good!
The dining experience not so much.
Also, if you are going to have a menu with courses please don’t train your servers to just to continue to bring the food out.
Our little table was uncomfortably crowded with all of our courses at one time!

A friend visited and shared pics from a childhood favorite. Noted that the Veal Parmigiana special was excellent! Smothered with Fried Peppers topped with a delectable melted Cheese Sauce. Served on a platter with steaming Linguine with a House Salad.

Enjoy soft music and candlelight in one of their 4 dining rooms.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love love love this place! They have the best Cajun chicken pasta hands down. Combined with a glass of wine and the atmosphere it just can’t be beat. Poppers for an app and the Cajun pasta are a great combo…the wife loves the lasagna
