Very disappointed in the quality of the half tray pizza and 20 wings special. When I ordered I wasn’t aware the total was going to be $12 more than expected. Heads up, they charge triple for a steak topping. Nonetheless I paid with no issues, I only questioned it when I went in to pay and pick up. After waiting 15 mins longer than it should have been done I got the $57 order and went home.

Opening the wings I could already tell they were going to be dry. The pizza looked decent but strange that a rectangle pizza actually had 6 corners like they combined 2 pizzas to make up one. The pizza was so incredibly bad we hardly got through eating a slice each (3 people). It was so over cooked and tasteless. The garlic wings were so over cooked and had to taste at all. The med wings were dry as well but at least had a taste.

Very disappointed and this is somewhere close, we used to order often and have family who when visiting will stop in for a few slices. No more though after this. I was just going to email the shop (Amherst) but after reading reviews about how useless that would be might as well put it out there. Maybe we’ll give it another shot later on down the road but for now we’re good and will no longer be calling this place our favorite

Sorry but was the third strike for the Sweet Home location. We have been regular customers for years. Recently, it seems they can’t get or produce a simple order correctly. It started with a 1/2 tray cheese, pepperoni , and mushroom pizza. When we got home, it was cheese, olives, and mushrooms. Second strike: ordered two steak and cheese subs with oil and mayo. Well, that is exactly what was on it! No lettuce, tomato, or onions. Aren’t lettuce and tomato a standard for a sub? And finally today, strike three. Ordered two steak and cheese hoagies with oil and mayo. The menu states that it includes fried onions and mushrooms. Do you see any???? Was I supposed to spell that out when I placed my phone order? Should I have unrolled the wrapping to check the order before driving 30 minutes home? Simply said, employees need to do better.

Hate to give this place a one star review but the way I was treated was downright nasty at this location. I provided some photos to show you what the person handed me after I ordered slices of pizza. The way she talked to me and about me was awful during our 5 minute interaction and order and is one of the reasons why I never order anything besides slices of pizza from here and that’s usually ok but not today. I have never asked for a refund in my life but I couldn’t eat this as she slammed what I payed for into a box.. The slices put in the box by her coworker were fine and how the usually are the lady with black hair and glasses put the normal ones in. But the brunette female with blue eyes in her 20s didn’t like me apparently I had no idea and have no idea who she is personally. Idk if she did something to my food. I didn’t do anything I ordered 5 slices from the worker and 5 drinks I put on the counter.

The person at the cash register (brunette female) takes my drinks complains to a customer about how she now has to restock them after I bought 5 drinks. The entire kitchen is silent for some reason idk maybe working but they can definitely hear what she’s saying to me. Then after her coworker finishes warming up 2 slices for thirty seconds she left momentarily and put in 3 more slices then the brunette still talking down to me after I paid and tipped her slammed the pizza into the box after taking it out of the oven aggressively like this and intentionally put parchment paper on top to make it stick to the cheese and ruin the food idk what else she did to it probably spit on it to I barely spoke to her at this point. It is disgusting how some people treat other human beings for no reason. I feel like. I deserve a apology although I know I will not get one that’s ok I’ve already let it go.

Needless to say I won’t be coming here any longer after being a customer for 6+ years I guess that meant nothing. I will not being coming through those doors whatsoever thanks. And that’s exactly how to pizza was put in the box by her. Idk what she did to it.

The staff was super nice and helpful when I was deciding what to order. They got me to try the stinger burger. It was soooo good! I’ve had their pizza before and it was pretty good too! Can’t wait to come back!

So glad they opened this location after being addicted to the one in Lewiston. Just as good as original. So many good kinds, it’s hard to pick a “favorite”! After getting my usual of hamburger(big mac) and honey garlic chicken for a while, i stopped in today to find they had a steak bacon and jalapeño popper slice….so good

Favorites is our new go-to pizzeria! Their slice special can’t be beat! It includes 2 slices and a can of soda for $5 (including tax). They have a huge selection of slices to choose from, from open to close. My favorite varieties are the old fashioned and honey chicken. Their soda cooler is always well-stocked also. We’ve ordered subs a few times too. My boyfriend said their chicken finger sub is better than Jim’s! My son loves the kid’s chicken finger meal which includes fingers, fries and a 2-pack of chocolate chip cookies. The fried dough is also good with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. The interior is immaculate, which is a huge plus. Every member of the staff that I’ve dealt with has been incredibly friendly. Give them a try!

So this place is best known for their variety of pizza slices. I’m a very simple man who loves the old traditionals such as, cheese and pepperoni or sausage and mushrooms. Right away you notice how much thicker the pizza dough is. Also the plethora of different types of pizza available is quite impressive. You can choose the Big Mac, teriyaki, seseme chicken, and chicken finger just to name a few. The prices is pretty fair as well, two slices and a pop/water for $9. In all I think the pizza is ok, I would come gain if I was in the area.

Awesome Man
Consistently messes up food after numerous times of ordering. Customer service is poor.. The guy on the phone trying to resolve the issue made it an issue to either make the food correct or refund the money wanted a full refund and for them to pick up the cold food that was delivered after an hour and a half of waiting.. Very rude employees .. will not be getting food from them again 70$ for cold pizza cold fried dough chicken fingers and a wrap that’s made completely wrong imagine if it was an allergy issue.. Ridiculous.. they have even mailed us a coupon for multiple mistakes.. not enough to help the situation that keeps occurring .. Made c call to make sure the refund was being processed and the guy says Profanity to us . Wouldn’t recommend them years ago they were great .
Edit ended up getting refund thanks. Still terrible service

This is a pizzeria that charges sit down restaurant prices and takes sit down restaurant time to make food. 30-35 minutes for a couple of cheeseburgers? During non-peak hours? Kind of impressive actually. We won’t be back.

A Pleasant Surprise in a World of Overpriced Pizza

As someone who takes their pizza and wings seriously, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the rising prices and underwhelming quality from the usual suspects around Western New York. So when I noticed Favorite’s Pizza had opened up on Sweet Home Road, I figured I’d roll the dice—and I’m glad I did.

Favorites absolutely delivered.

The pizza? Thin, crispy, and packed with real flavor. None of that synthetic cheese taste you get from bigger chains. You can tell the ingredients are a step above. It hit that perfect balance between crunch and chew, with a sauce-to-cheese ratio that actually makes sense.

The wings were solid as well—classic Buffalo flavor with a nice medium kick that didn’t overpower. That said, they weren’t quite as crispy as I had hoped, even after requesting them extra crispy. If wings are your main mission, I’d still give the edge to Audubon North next door, where I’ve been a longtime loyalist.

That said, when it comes to overall value and quality, Favorites beats out places like Franco’s or Just Pizza without question. Reasonable prices, excellent pizza, and wings that are close enough to keep me happy.

They’ve officially earned a spot in my regular rotation.
