I went into Favi’s Fabulous Cakes expecting to find at least a couple of different dessert options, but only found cheesecake. It opens pretty late in the evening, so you can’t really go during the day. I at least thought there would be a lot more options than just cheesecake. I got two slices. It’s not very cheap, and it tasted like cheesecake made from a box.

Everything was exceptional from the moment that we stepped in for our consultation, and throughout the entire process, it felt like we were also building a friendship because how easy it was to communicate.
Favi’s is definitely not just a normal bakery, but is a fabulous member of the Hillsboro community to bring togetherness in everything she does. I say that proudly as a member of the LGBTQIA+.
Will definitely be coming here for many years to come for these delicious treats!

Favi’s Fabulous Cakes are truly amazing! Favi made the cake for my daughter’s quinceañera exactly how she wanted it, and it turned out beautiful and delicious. The flan, churro cheesecake, and chocolate-covered strawberries were also incredible—they were such a hit with all our guests. The setup was gorgeous, and the service from start to finish was excellent. I’m so thankful for the care and detail that went into everything. Highly recommend!

Fabiola created a fabulous little cake for my daughter’s 50th birthday: peanut-butter cup cake with vanilla butter-cream icing. And then surprised us by topping it off with lovely fresh flowers, and an extra treat, gold candy pastiles. The birthday girl was so impressed and pleased, as all of us were! A tad pricey for our budget but her beautiful and prompt work is surely worth it!

Favi’s helped make a 3 tier (tiramisu, salted caramel and churro) cake for my 18th birthday celebration and it was beautiful! The design was amazingly detailed, the flavors were delicious, and the guests loved it. The service was great, we had done a cake consultation beforehand which was helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend trying the sample box. When it came to the day of the event, we had the cake delivered to the venue as well as the cake stand and the cart from Favi’s we had rented from them, which was very helpful. 10/10!

A friend and I went to the Hillsboro First Tuesday art walk, which Favi’s was participating in (love a biz that supports their local art scene!). We purchased snickerdoodle cookies that had just come out of the oven, and they were SO good and HUGE! Will definitely be coming back to try more of her tasty pastries. Highly recommend!

We contacted Favi months before our event and since day one it felt like she put us first. She answered the many questions we had and had us come in for a taste test to make sure he got what we really wanted. She was very flexible also when we had to change the date of our event two weeks before the original date. She contacted us a few days ago before the event and walked us through what the cake drop off would look like. The cake looked amazing but tasted even better. We got so many compliments.

5 stars is not enough! Living here my whole life there hasnt been an amazing cake place until now! Favi is a wonderful , professional person to work with ! Her attention to detail is impeccable! Her cake alone selles itself!! The genius endless flavors and all taste fabulous!! She lives up to her name! I highly recommend her and look forward to many of her cakes in our future!

I heard of Favi’s Fabulous Cakes from my sister. I booked her for my daughter’s quince. She was so responsive when setting up a consult and also super flexible to meet my scheduling needs which I appreciated. We were provided with a sample box to try popular flavors to choose from. We ordered a 3 tier cake, chocolate covered strawberries, and chocolate covered pretzels. The flavors we ended up with were strawberry, chocolate-strawberry swirl, and chocolate chocolate. The cake was beautifully designed and looked exactly like what we requested. The strawberries and chocolate covered pretzels were a hit too! My guests loved the cake as well. I’m happy we chose her to , you can tell she has a passion for baking and I really appreciated that she checked on me throughout this whole quince planning event. She really takes her clients into consideration.
