Again service is slow. Getting my own food for my son and woman at drive through in such a rush doesn’t get my whole order so had to tell in speaker till she answered and she got rude with me cause of her mistake. Truly not a customer friendly person. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this store for the business it does. Hurting profits by a huge margin. This is Summerville on main street one.

we have tried twice now since this location opened. both times the order was wrong and my husband had to go back and either get what we paid for or add what they just decided to omit from our order. tried to order shakes, machine is broken…in a brand new facility…? right ordered wings today and there was so much sauce in the box it disintegrated the box they were in, bled through the bag and messed up the seat in our car. can’t wait to try and shampoo that out of the seats. we were really excited to have this place open after looking at it for 2 years. probably won’t try a 3rd time until you train your people properly.

In the same but I wanted for a while and I chose the fry lovers burger. It was delicious but three fry seasoned chicken strips. The guy that took my order was very helpful and friendly, and the food was very quickly but also Tasted nice and fresh. I sat at the outside seating which was clean and organized. I enjoyed trying it for the first time and will probably eat there again.

Fries were stale and burnt. I was given no receipt. I called and a manager was to supposed to get back to me. They never did. So much for there fresh fries guarantee.
After reading the owners response below. I in fact did use that website and informed corporate 17 days ago and still no response, hence the above review. The manager was supposed to respond to me at least 15 days ago…… It’s not even about the money, its about trying to get Checkers fries. If they were sitting under a heat lamp for the past 30 minutes. DON’T SERVE THEM!
It is most likely a management issue. They let the employees do this and they don’t respond to customers until it becomes public.

If you want quick service this is NOT your place. Employees eating ice cream on the line while the drive thru is 10 cars deep and a few walk up customers. A guy standing with me waited 20 minutes on a receipt, got asked if he lost his, replied no he never received one.. still no receipt.. he eventually left without one. I got asked several times what I needed with no results.

Ordered through the app. Was given a time my order would be ready let them know at the speaker I ordered on the app pulled forward and waited behind 2 cars when I made it to the window they asked my name then told me their shake machine was down, my name and phone# are on the ticket. Then I watched while they started my order. Do not order through the app you’ll end up waiting longer. 20 minutes for something that should have been ready when I arrived.

It is sad to report that after waiting a long time for this location to open that so far since it’s been open, it has been a disappointment. The first time I went, the employees did not have it together and they seemed confused. Confused enough to walk out to the other of the drive-thru to look at the ordering board for whatever reason. Not only that, when I ordered my food they ran out of the seasoned fries which is my whole reason for eating at Checkers in the first place. But they failed to warn us while ordering. We asked them why didn’t they mention that while ordering, in which one of the employees replied, “I don’t know how to tell customers we ran out of seasoned fries.” In which I replied, “Just like that.” All he had to say was, “Welcome to Checkers. Before you order, I’d like to inform you that we ran out of our seasoned fries but we do have some delicious back up fries. We do apologize for the inconvenience. You may go ahead with your order.” Simple! But obviously they are not trained correctly. I said let me give them one more chance. So I went lastnite and every single employee had masks on their faces but not covering up their mouths or noses. And if they did have it covering their mouths, it wasn’t covering their nose. That in itself is disturbing seeing as we’re in a freaking pandemic and your employees are handling the food and the money transactions improperly. Not only does it make y’all look bad as a NEW establishment, but it makes y’all look stupid as an establishment because your employees have on masks but they all are not wearing them properly. Why have the masks on your face if your not gonna wear it properly? You might as well not have it on. Same effect. No wonder these other fast food restaurants are killing the game because y’all are failing at it. But no need to worry about anymore bad reviews for me at that location because I would never return there. It’s a ghetto mess, for lack of a better term. Hopefully you guys will do better in the future. Not like I would know though, because I’ve read your other reviews and it’s not looking too good for y’all. Y’all could of just stayed closed for all this. If you plan on visiting that location, please go at your own risk.
