I loved this place’s breakfast burritos when they were just a food truck- Finally made it in to the new location, and it did not disappoint! Fajitas, burritos, quesadilla and chili Rellenos were all huge and delicious! Make sure you get everything smothered 🙂 I’m pretty picky with Mexican and this hit the spot. Absolutely love the salsa and sauces that come with the food too!! Prices are awesome too. Can’t wait to see where this place goes, hopefully it will become a dinner spot as well!

10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The coffee was fresh and flavorful, and the food was top quality — you can tell they care about what they serve. Clean space, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you want a solid café experience.

My first visit. The food was fresh, looked great, was very tasty, the portion was more than enough, the price was reasonable, and the people were very friendly with good service. I don’t go out for breakfast or Mexican food very often, but I would definitely visit Favi’s again.

Favi’s Cafe has excellent food, and carries such a warm environment. Everyone here is always very kind and make me feel like I am at home in their restaurant. Everything I have tried off the menu has always been very fresh and so delicious! I reccomended the street tacos, and the entire breakfast menu!

I tried the carnitas and al pastor tacos. The carnitas was some of the best I’ve had in Colorado. Flavorful and tender, with a bit of crisp where it had been fried. The al pastor was kind of bland and I wouldn’t order it again.
With tax and tip it was over $5 per street taco, which isn’t cheap, but isn’t outrageous either. Everyone was super friendly and the interior is nice.
Overall, Favi’s is much better than the average Evergreen restaurant. I’ll be back to try the other meats.

Not only do I recommend their breakfast, as it was the best rancheros I’ve had in a long time, I recommend introducing yourself to Favi. She’s so kind and really cares about the quality she’s giving her customers

We live in Denver and came to Evergreen for a day. We were looking for a place to eat lunch, and decided to check out this food truck. They exceeded our expectations, the food was very good, and the portions were huge. We took two plates for two people but only could finish one, we had to take the other one home! If you don’t have time or the desire to sit in a restaurant, this is a very good option to get a satisfying meal!

They have vegetarian green chili and it’s delicious!!!! 10/10 breakfast burritos! Great find in evergreen. Looks like they are opening a sit down restaurant too! Hope they add lattes to the menu!

I loved this little restaurant! The food truck now has a cafe!! We enjoyed our delicious breakfast with a refreshing horchata. Nice and clean, cozy atmosphere, good prices, good service … What more can you ask for? I’m definitely coming back
