My wife and I have come here twice and loved it both times. We’ve tried their sausage, egg and potato breakfast burrito, and their platter (rice, beans, and tamales). Tasted fresh and also was a clean environment. Definitely coming back.

Stopped by for a breakfast burrito for my wife and I and honestly we were very let down. I ordered a Sausage, Egg, Potato, and Cheese burrito, and the burrito was pretty bad. The sausage was overcooked, the potatoes were a nice little “ medium rare “ the salsa was also quite bland. My wife and I took a couple bites each and called it quits.

Pregnant cravings verified I’ve came here several times and the portions are just right. The breakfast burrito is kinda dry but very filling. The tortas have a nice avocado spread in them that is yummy my favorite so far has been the quesadilla plate. It’s extremely hard to find food that isn’t just meh out in Vegas/Henderson so I will continue to patronize this establishment because their flavor is consistent and fairly priced for the portions you get.

Faustos is the best Mexican in town. No to Roberto’s and Rivas this is better. I can eat their refried beans I can’t do that anywhere else they always taste greasy at Roberto’s and Rivas I think they ad some meat flavored lard idk. But yes to everything on the menu. Love it all.

I’ve tried a lot of Roberto’s and now lately I’ve been going to fausto’s a lot more. I really love their burritos here. Try the carne asada, the california, the henderson, and the chicken asada is also fantastic with some lettuce and fresh sour cream inside. All the ingredients are fresh, everyone is always courteous, I like that the people with the register don’t speak a lot of English. That helps me know that this is an authentic hole in the wall joint. You can see from the videos I post that they are very kind here and fun loving and enjoy making the food and serving it. The decor is so so, but the small spot and easy parking makes this a great fast stop without a huge ridiculous tip required. I would highly recommend it and the flavorings of the meat and the salsa bar may be out Roberto’s by about 15% in flavor and quality. The fresh hot green sauce was fantastic right out of the giant mixer.

I go here at least twice a month and the food is always very good. Super nachos and super taquitos carne asada fries are some of my favorite, not to mention their Nevada and California burrito Bombay .
