Thanks to Chef Anthony this was the most amazing soul food I’ve had in a really long time. Anthony is very friendly, and sociable. Even though I came in 10 minutes before closing time he was nice enough to explain the culinary history within his family. I had yams, greens, mac n cheese, and cornbread. I never tasted cornbread like this it was so good!

Maaan chef was super confident I’ll be back & he was right!! Lol THE BEST meal I’ve had since being back home. This was my 1st time trying turkey ribs & I’ve never tasted meat so tender, flavorful, & you get plenty of it. This place a gem within the city y’all go check in

The turkey ribs were not dried out so that was a automatic plus. The greens definitely have a lil kick to them. The mac and cheese was good.

I’m from the South and lived there 45 years. I can tell you this place is the real deal. Anthony is super friendly and the food is amazing. Hands down the best fried okra I’ve had in southeast Michigan. The jerk chicken spices are perfectly balanced with the just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend!

I’m giving his restaurant Two stars because I had to wait an hour just for a turkey chop meal as well as the restaurant was filled with flies and no customer wants to see that I understand it’s a pandemic but sanitation is key

Faustina’s is my new favorite place! Just had the orange roughy and I’m already contemplating coming back. It’s very likely the best thing I’ll eat all year. Do yourself a favor and come on in.

The food was okay, the wait was longer than I expected, the place is nice and cozy, the cook in the back was so loud fussing at his daughter (a young girl) that I couldn’t enjoy my food, just packed it to go and left.

Faustina’s was awesome. The staff was respectful and friendly and truly thankful for my business. The food is always hot and fresh. In particular the wings are amazing and the corn bread is soft and far from dry.
