Ordered Uber Eats delivery. First time trying Fat Burger and we were completely impressed! We’re already thinking about the next time!
I had the Large Fat Burger with the works and a side of sweet potato fries. My daughter had the Western Bacon BBQ Fat Burger with a side of sweet potato fries.
The potato fries are crinkled and so tasty!!
The meat in the burgers is the best tasting I have ever had! So delicious! The bread is so delicious as well!
Everything goes together really good!
The prices are good and potions are good!

Huge shoutout to Ernesto for his amazing customer service! He was super patient, friendly, and made sure everything about our order was right. You can really tell he cares about the customers, and that kind of service makes a big difference.
I ordered the double Impossible Burger and it was made perfectly—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My family had the large cheeseburger and they said it was cooked just right. Everything came out fast and exactly how we asked.

I’ll be honest when I approached the register you are usually greeted a hello or how can I help you right ? Well the cashier didn’t greet me at all so that was a big red flag but since I had my Groupon coupon and it was about to expire in about 2 weeks and I needed to use it , I was like okay ima just get my order and leave . And it was a 2Large combos , he gave me regular cup size drinks and I had realized when I had already put the soda and got in my car . I get home and I had told him not to put tomatoes or onions everything else is fine NO damn mayonnaise it was damn dry so I will definitely NOT ever come back . He was a Hispanic man and lousy at taking orders or doing his damn customer service, unbelievable. That place lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Definitely not returning to this establishment again , I’ll go where I feel welcomed and appreciated.

Nicely designed place with good people in the restaurant. However, the burgers are not as good as other fancy burger places. Mustard is overpowering the recipe so it tastes like hot dogs. I am pretty sure some people appreciate the taste but I would rather have Five Guys or Smash Burger.

My go to whenever I’m in L.A XXL combo with bacon and a delicious milkshake. Fresh hot food, friendly service, clean eating area. OMG!!!! Fat burger is a must do if you’re ever in L.A. no matter which one you go to the food, staff and the service is all the same. Trust me I’ve been to them. You won’t be disappointed

I used to live in Palms way back in the 80’s and went to this location. They had a jukebox and I would always play Tom Tom Club while I waited for my order. As I was leaving, they would always say “See you tomorrow”. I loved that and the food.

Fatburger has to be one of my favorite burgers, hands down. I love in n out but the quality of the beef here is what you’re getting. The meat is so delicious and buttery that it melts in your mouth. I love that you can order a 24oz patty burger, tell me another burger joint you can order that at! The staff at this location is friendly and nice.

Ordered the Large Fatburger Meal For Two with “The Works”. It’s definitely the largest burger I’ve ever had and they still have two sizes bigger than that!!! They also have unlimited ketchup. Just don’t come on your first date because it’s going to get messy!
