After loosing all the Fatburger restaurants in Colorado Springs, this was a delight to find. Fatburger in Aurora, CO is the only one in the state and represents the establishment well. Great food, great service, and great people who run it. Thank you for being in business and making my day. Still the delicious meal that I remember so many years ago.
One of 3 burger joints I recommend, the others being Snarfburger in Denver and Boulder and the other being Bunkhouse Burgers in Cañon City.
Out of all of them, Fatburger stands above the rest.

Fat Burger in Aurora is very clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly, which made for a nice first impression. The food looked amazing when it came out, but I’m glad I got the sweet relish on the side because it is definitely an acquired taste.
The burger itself is made with lean meat, and you can tell. It is on the dry side, especially with the large size I ordered. I added bacon, which helped, but I still had to pile on ketchup to balance it out. My daughter ordered the smaller Thousand Island burger and hers was also dry, so if you want a juicier burger, you may want to try elsewhere. The onion rings were the highlight, perfectly crisp and flavorful.
The lettuce tasted like it had been sitting in a plastic package, with a very pronounced, store-bought flavor that threw off the freshness of the burger. They would be a lot better with a different type of lettuce. Overall, Fat Burger has a clean, welcoming vibe and great service, but the burgers could use more juiciness and fresher ingredients to really stand out.

Felt like back in the day. Family had a blast! Shakes, fries and they had the impossible burger for me!!! Yay! Juke box is cool. Staff and service were excellent even though it was super busy. Loved it.

From Houston, TX, I visited Denver, and this was my first stop. Omg, soon after I took the 1st bite, I couldn’t stop myself. The burger didn’t even last 4 seconds. With such disappointment of missing the flavors, I had to return and buy 2 more for myself and my wife to try them out. This place definitely took me away. Great Job team!!.

Reddit said this is the best burger place in Denver and maybe Colorado. We were very disappointed, nothing special about the burgers or fries. They both had a weird taste, as if McDonald’s and Burger King created them together. The onion rings were actually very good, but I’m confused if they actually make them fresh. The breading was too perfect..as if they were frozen ones. But they were good. The prices were overall affordable and the fries size was pretty big. But again nothing special on the burgers.

Excellent customer service, clean, normal speed but great quality burger. The fries and lemonade were good too. I’ll be back and I know it. I had a double turkey cheeseburger with an egg. Don’t judge because it was so good. You’re reading this thinking dang that sounds good and you would be right.
The turkey was seasoned just right. The cheese and the egg did its thing and it made an excellent cheat meal. I’ll be working out later but I enjoyed that sandwich. Until next time. Give it a try if you’re not scared lol.

Best fast food Burger
Kinda pricey but that’s how everything is nowadays.
The staff was swift and smiling.
My double burger was massive and I couldn’t finish it all at once.
However my fat fries weren’t cooked all the way. Not raw but a little soft for my taste.
Have to bring a big appetite and check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa

The staff went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I have visited many of the franchises, and appreciate the consistency and quality of the food and staff. They have added Impossible burgers to the menu, (I believe it’s replaced the veggie burger) and I’m looking forward to trying it.
Trust trying the burgers as they normally prepare them (the fixings). The turkey burger is delicious, so are the onion rings. They offer either skinny or fat French fries, which is a nice touch for fast food.
Even though it’s lumped in a fast food style category, they cook everything fresh and to order, so be prepared to wait a bit longer than other such establishments, but we’ll worth the wait!
