I came in about 3:00 on Saturday, and a fellow named JJ was working by himself. Despite that, he was friendly, professional, calm, wonderful, and much faster than I could’ve expected him to be with my order. This man definitely deserves a significant raise STAT, as well as some coworkers to help him out so he doesn’t have to run it alone again! Food was excellent as well.

I ordered a fat bronco, large french fries, large onion rings, and the single. I had a coupon, so I sampled the menu. Great customer service and clean establishment. They now serve lunch, which is cool because I would be over in that area when it was closed.
When I eat here again, I would do the fat bronco and a shake. I placed my order via Uber eats, and it was ready on time and hot. Amen. They weren’t stingy with the ketchup either. I’ll definitely be back. Until next time.

We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. We ordered two sandwiches — a Philly cheesesteak and “The Fat Shack” (which included French fries, chicken fingers, and cheesesteak). Both were practically inedible.
The bread on both sandwiches was completely soggy with no texture or structure, and the fillings didn’t fare much better. The fries and chicken tenders inside The Fat Shack sandwich were mushy, with zero crispiness or contrast. Everything just blended into a soggy, greasy mess.
The Philly cheesesteak was somehow worse — no flavor whatsoever. The meat was ground so fine it was more like a paste than steak, and it tasted like nothing. No seasoning, no seasoning, no effort.
In the end, we tossed the entire order. It was a $50 mistake we won’t make again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The chocolate shake ranks up there with the best I’ve ever had! The service was fast and it was prepared with a smile! I stopped in on a Tuesday around 5 p.m. and they weren’t very busy! Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was inviting! I’d imagine the location, which is ok but not great is the only reason the place wasn’t packed! There were 3 customers picking up orders in the 10 minutes I was there enjoying the INCREDIBLE CHOCOLATE SHAKE! I’m going to come back on a weekend evening to see how busy they get and try a cheeseburger & onion rings!

I ordered a Fatshack sandwich and it was gritty and all the ingredients were mush. Couldn’t tell what anything was, I doubted there was jalapeño popers or fries in it. There was no distinct flavors at all. Extremely disappointing as the clip from sharktank makes it seem like its packed with flavors.

I love this place! It’s my favorite late night place to eat. Clayton and JayJay be working their butts off with a smile everytime, it’s truly impressive. They are both sweet as pie and I love our small talk when I drop by (which is a lot) i highly recommend Fat shack: it’s perfect if you’re a night owl like me. Oh and the cheesecake bites are life changing OMG! So Bomb!! Keep up the hard work guys!
