The burger was ok, I would challenge the 100% angus beef claim. Fries were good but made a tad early and were cooled down. The funnel cake sticks (donut holes) were good. The staff was friendly the entire visit. The cleanliness was not good at all. Seat cushions aside, the tables were dirty with hand prints, the floors were not swept or mopped, and the grease buildup on the bottoms of the windows may be the reason it smelled. I know it doesn’t seem like that should matter, but detail to cleanliness outside of the kitchen lets me know about how clean the kitchen is.

THIRD visit-I gave this place a 2nd and a 3rd chance – oh my – This restaurant serves food with extremely poor quality and charges top dollar for it. The fried mozzarella sticks were terrible-the texture was gritty and they weren’t served hot. The cheese wasn’t flavorful at all. Flat bland friend cheap drunk food! The large Philly cheesesteak was 14.50 and not worth that amount at all. There was way too much bread and not enough meat cheese or onions! The single burger was about a 6 out of a 10-not worth 6.75 with no side dish included, the soda machine had two sodas that were out of order and the Dr Pepper was flat and needed a change of syrup. There was not any iced tea available and the milkshake machine was out of order yet again. The cheesecake bites were way too doughy and didn’t contain enough filling. The powdered sugar was good, but they charged extra for a small side of chocolate syrup. This wasn’t even worth half of what we paid which was 48 dollars. We will not ever return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Staff was friendly but that was it:(

It was pricey for the size of the meal. The burger was okay. Chicken wings were dry. Fries were the best part of the meal. I doubt I’ll eat at Fat Shack’s again unless someone else is paying for my meal.

This place was terrible. The service here was so awful I felt like they either hated their jobs, where under the influence of something, or just really hated their customers. They had absolutely no sense of business or no sense of pride for working and making money. The young guy that worked there placed my sandwich on the prep station and then walked away to play on his phone for 7 minutes and then finally walked back to finish it. I stood there to pickup my order that I had already placed before arriving at the store to pick it up and still stood inside waiting for about 15 minutes just so they can wrap it up in a bag. I’m not sure, but somebody that treats me like that will never get my business and I will never refer any of my marvelous food fans to eat there.

Food is great, Dieters need not apply unless it’s your splurge time. Great menu sure to hit every taste for something. The bathroom is even spotless!!! Can’t wait to come back for more.

The place is nasty. Dirty, torn seating, dirty tables. My food was average but I’ll eat anything. My wife couldn’t eat her hamburger because it smelled bad. I noticed at least 5 food safety violations while I was there. I won’t be back.
