I ordered the California Burger well done. It was delicious, but after a couple bites I noticed parts of the burger were medium rare and other parts were rare. I didn’t complain (which is on me) but when I got home, half the food went out one end and the rest went out the other. Two stars because the fries were actually fire.

We usually go to the location in San Ramon , however my Aunt wanted to try this location. The restaurant was located in a very nice plaza and the decor was very nice , however , the food didn’t compare. The pancakes were dry and tasteless even with butter and syrup. The hash browns were cooked on the top undercooked in the middle, the bacon was very overcooked and dry and when they replaced the bacon after I complained, they came back with very undercooked bacon.. smh .the wait staff was friendly and attentive however, there was a general manager / owner/ accountant who knows who she was ( she sat in office at the back of the restaurant where were seated ) that could use some customer service as she moved through the restaurant with a angry look on her face and didn’t even greet the customers ! I will never patronize this location again.. We will stick to the San Ramon location!

Great spot, fun atmosphere a few TVs and a decent sized bar. Also a large outdoor area with a nice view of the water.
Food is great, the burgers are a good size and have great quality ingredients. Parking is plentiful, obviously depending on the shopping center traffic.

I wish I could leave a negative review for this establishment. We made reservations for Thanksgiving 2025 dinner at this location. We confirmed the reservation verbally several days prior and tried to contact the restaurant prior to arrival to ask some questions but kept getting the voicemail which was full. Upon arrival on Thanksgiving we found the restaurant CLOSED!!! No cars in parking lot completely empty!!! No idea what happened and why they didn’t contact their guests to alert them of the change.

Located in beautiful Black Hawk shopping center. Great sports bar, featuring great selection from of salads, fresh soups, and dinner entrees.
I highly recommend their crab and shrimp Louie: chunks of real crab, bay shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, and thousand island dressing.

We recently hosted our son and daughter in law’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Fat Maddie’s Blackhawk and it was absolutely over the top amazing! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. The ambiance was perfect for our special evening, the food was incredible, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to.
A special thank you to Kelli for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The accommodations made for our group were exceptional, and you made us feel like family. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring that every guest was taken care of.

Actually, I was driving by during the lunch time and I was so hungry, the mall looks so fancy and so beautiful and the sunshine was great. I walked by the restaurant And I got in. The staff were very friendly.I ordered fish and chips with cold beer it was literally an amazing I had a fabulous lunch here. The restaurant’s atmosphere is casual and they have a huge screen by the bar all sports which is great. Actually service was very good and price also reasonable. The whole area is great and you can enjoy the sun if you want to set outside witches I highly recommend it. I think you don’t need reservation just walk in (but I’m not sure actually). Unfortunately I live around 30 miles away from that restaurant but if I have a chance to go there I will definitely do it. However, parking available. It was actually good spot and this restaurant deserves at least five stars.Fortunately I was watching basketball game which is my favorite sport and I really enjoyed it.
Its really worth it. Even if you come with your family I would be fun too. Im sure the have verity in their list.

I’ve been coming here since before Fat Maddies moved and never had an issue dining outside with the geese and ducks—until now. The owner now sells bird food for kids to feed the birds, which encourages them to gather right next to the dining tables. As a result, the birds come so close they can splash water onto your food.
I was nearly finished eating when this happened to me. I informed the manager, but instead of offering any gesture of goodwill (even though I wouldn’t have accepted because i was almost done), he simply said he’d tell the owner. Poorly handled.
I won’t be returning and will be telling my friends for sure!

I ordered a Roasted pear &bue cheese. But it is Not eatable veggie (agugula). Very old agugula.
And over cooked pizza. Too acidity source. One out two orders had issue. I need to consider skipping this restaurant next time.
