I stopped here recently for a lg. Fat Special. Very tasty and nicely done crust. Super fresh and generous toppings. I especially like the family-owned establishment vs. the national chains…a gr8 value for the buck. Highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood. And bring your appetite, friends!

The cost is very reasonable for the amount of food. I love the quaintness of the building and music selection. I also love drawing with crayons on the table while I wait for .y food. The lasagna, alfredo, and any pizza here is good every time. One of the best lasagnas I’ve ever had. The flavor profiles for most of the pastas is similar- usually including a mix of meats & veggies, except for the alfredo. And the pizza is absolutely huge. Box took up the entire top shelf of my fridge.

This was our first time at Fat Lorenzo’s and it did not disappoint! We both had a little of everything; we each got a slice of pepperoni and a pasta. I had Paolo’s Pasta Alfredo with shrimp, my partner had the Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo. Both the pizza and the pastas were AMAZING! We also topped it off with gelato, (which they make in house every morning), we had a strawberry and a chocolate chip. Delicious! 100/10 we will be back the next time we are in Minneapolis.

One of my favorite places for classic pizza in the Twin Cities. I love Punch and Lucé, but Fat Lorenzo’s has become my go-to for unfussy, expertly made old school favorites. So much cheese. Fantastic crust with just the right chew. Waiters are friendly and the food comes fast. Everything about the place feels homemade. I love it.

Solid choice for great Italian food with reasonable prices and large portions. I’m not sure what their secret is, but everything has great flavors. Pizza was good, but the crust could have been better as it was probably overworked as tough. Definitely going back, but I’ll probably stick with my standard hot hogie which is the best I’ve had. Lastly, don’t skip the gelato!

We planned on only getting gelato here but as we walked in, we were seated and decided to get lunch. Our server was very kind and efficient and checked on us regularly.
I ordered the lasagna and the spinach feta stromboli as an appetizer, both very delicious. We all shared everything and everything was so delicious. My mother ordered shrimp Alfredo, my dad a slice of cheese pizza, my sister the manicotti. The sauce was so delicious and the noodles were cooked perfectly
