The food is decent . It’s not great… BUTTT.. it seems like they’re going up on price every 8 months.. when I first moved to burleson almost 3 yrs ago. The chicken fiesta salad went from $11 something to $13.03 add 2 soft tacos that I get and it’s $23. please tell me how 2 soft tacos make it jump that high, and the soft tacos are small.. this is Unacceptable. definitely not worth the price.. fact better places in burleson for a reasonable price that offers more for $23… so basically if u have a family of 3 and you get what I get .. that’s $70 .. insane…

Not fast at all, when you walk in the menu screens aren’t working. Instead of being directed to the print out menus the staff at the counter just stare at you. Which gave off creepy vibes from the start, but we were hungry and so we stayed. The food took a long time to get to us, maybe longer than 20 minutes, with two young children this felt like an eternity. When we did get our food the orders of enchiladas were a bit tough, I had to use a knife, but then it count through the strophone container. I don’t recommend this area, it was Valentine’s day, maybe a lot of the workers asked for the day off. Who knows.

The evening/night crew on Tuesday night was amazing. I’ll never go back in the daytime again only at night. Their customer service is on point and they always greet me with smiles and my order is always correct when I come in late. The evening bar tender is also always friendly and nice. I don’t mind giving them my money. Happy hour drinks for the win.

This place is always OK. It’s a little better than Taco Bell, but not as good as taco Bueno. It is very similar to taco Casa, but they tostadas are amazing and so are the tacos. The burrito not so much. The price however is fairly cheap so no complaints.

honestly this whole experience from tonight has me distraught and really disgusted. the young man working window tonight was awful! he’s was rude and honestly made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to be there. i myself work in a customer facing atmosphere and i could never imagine treating a customer the way we were treated last night. he was making air gestures like we were being rushed and his whole attitude was awful. if i was the manager, i certainly wouldn’t want him on my schedule.

Sadly even with the right training sometimes things are not done right as I’ve learned over the years, many employees, management and more will turn the blind eye to things even when trust is broken you want the best for a restaurant and more, FasTaco has always been a great place for not only eating but enjoying being with one another and working, visiting has been a downside from customers views, and missing the perfect tostada’s and picture perfect nachos Albert and Bob would always coach about , the training needs to return and coaching that they have done and remembered through out the years hopefully will return and get better.

(Burleson location Wilshire blvd) wanted to share the experience I had. A worker named Jessie was at the register,, I walked in asking if I could hang out till the kids got out of school. His manager said “yes” and then Jessie did something that touched my heart ❤
I explained I didn’t have any money,,my bank account had been hacked and he bought me a small drink on his own.
The care I felt from him customer to worker was impressive.
He has a heart of Gold and the manager (did not get his name) showed genuine care as well.
In this world where everything is rushed,,,there are still angels with invisible wings.
Plus,,, they have the best nachos!!
Sometimes every once in a while instead of looking down on the phone,,, look up.
The smiles that greet you are real and genuine ❤
