We had an absolutely perfect experience. Everything was truly 10/10 from start to finish.

The ambiance is beautiful and refined, with elegant décor, a warm atmosphere, and the perfect background music that sets the tone for a special night. The service was impeccable attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

For food, we started with the burrata, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. The ravioli al pesto was outstanding rich, delicate, and full of flavor. We paired our meal with an excellent Barolo Mura Mura, which elevated the entire experience.

To finish, we enjoyed a creamy gelato and a delicious chocolate tart. Since it was our anniversary, the team surprised us with a small complimentary cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch and absolutely delicious.

This place is now officially on my list of the best restaurants in NYC. Highly recommended for special occasions or anyone looking for an exceptional Italian dining experience.

Right when we walked in we were greeted with smiles from coat check and receptionist! The ambiance was great, chairs were comfy and the recommendations by the staff were wonderful! The tortellini was the best meal and the tartar as the best app in my opinion!

The entire experience was amazing and I cannot wait to go back! I had a Caprino salad and the Emiliana pasta and let me just say the combination of flavors were blended so perfectly. There wasn’t nothing I could ask for because the customer service and attentiveness was beyond my expectations. Huge shout out to Steven and Jimmy and William for making my birthday dinner so special. After you eat dinner, go upstairs and listen to some jazz in a very intimate cozy setting you won’t regret it thanks again!

I’ve been several times but last week I visited by myself for a light meal . I was blown away by the attentiveness of the staff! Thanks for the complimentary champagne! 🙂 I am a creature of habit so I always have their caviar service when I go. Perfect for sharing but works as a single portion too. Tried the pistachio mouse for dessert and it was 10/10!

If you go for a full dinner try their gnocchi and filetto! Both amazing entrees

I rarely give negative reviews but I had no option in this case. We are Brazilians and very used to the Fasano quality in Brazil.

My son convinced us to switch from Daniel to Fasano for the Christmas Eve dinner. From the start the hostesses were extremely rude and arrogant, especially for what is supposed to be a light and happy night. It unfortunately felt like coming in to a night club. It was my mistake to make the reservation on the bar instead of the main dining room but staff didn’t even try to get us moved and all the “managers” that came to us were rude and clueless on true hospitality.

The first few plates on the pre fixed menu were okay, nothing special but to my surprise both the milanesa and filet were inedible. The filet itself was past its time and in my opinion the mix of foie gras, mushroom, and black truffle made the entire room impregnated with the smell. Which is shocking considering Gero is known for not even using garlic due to smell. We left asap and the post-dinner sensation was even worse. I’m sorry but for a $1,200 dinner for three, this is not supposed to happen. Horrible experience… never again

Beautiful place, delicious food
We stopped by before a Broadway show and let the waiter know we were short on time. The service was attentive and fast without feeling rushed. Everything was perfect — from the pasta to dessert. Definitely a place we’d come back to.

Had lunch at Fasano New York and it was an excellent experience. The tuna tartare was fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented, while the New York steak was perfectly cooked—juicy with a rich flavor that showed off the kitchen’s skill. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the elegant atmosphere made the evening feel special. A refined spot if you’re looking for high-quality dining in the city.

Such a classy, fun, and tasteful birthday dinner celebration at Fasano. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service and atmosphere made the night feel so special. It was a little unfortunate that the jazz bar upstairs was closed for the season, but that just gives us another reason to come back and check it out next time!

As soon as you walk into this high end northern Italian restaurant you notice the subtle and soothing tones of the decor. You are also warmly welcomed. This large restaurant has two seating areas, I would recommend the larger back area. The service was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We started with the octopus which was perfectly cooked. I also ordered the mushroom soup which had lentils and small pieces of ham. It was rich and comforting. My guests ordered the ossobuco and brazino. They were very happy with their orders. I ordered the lobster risotto which may have been the the best risotto I’ve ever had. It was so flavorful and felt decadent. We finished the experience by sharing the limone and lampone. The limone a Sicilian lemon parfait will make your lips pucker. The lampone a mixture of raspberry, lemon and strawberry flavors was just fantastic. As you can imagine we left nothing on either plate. We also ate the complimentary cookies.

Been here twice now so I feel like I can give a more accurate review l, and I think Fasano is excellent! Service is outstanding/ very professional, dishes are incredibly fresh coupled with beautiful presentation, and the tiramisu dessert might be the best in New York City. The 3-course prix fixe is the way to go!
