This was the worst experience we have ever had here not only did our order take 40 min to get to us my wife’s soda tasted moldy we told the waitres then brought her another vanilla cream soda she didn’t want it either that was also tasteless we shared my water I ordered spaghetti which I used to love but it now comes with a horrible sauce and I wanted the meatballs with it they forgot to add them to it she said they don’t come with meatballs anymore I told her I new that that’s why I added them when I ordered my wife ordered the chicken fettuccine it looked like it was under the service light for a long time it was very dried out she brought out my meatballs on a dish they we rubbery and dry as well we were both very disappointed my bacon salad was good at this point we just wanted to leave waiter never ask if everything was ok there was also not very many people there with this kind of service and food I can see why probably will never come back here again this is what we brought home

Great Pizza , I ordered for pic up. Pesto Chicken Caprese you are welcome to asked if you want a Crunchy at the bottom . The Military discount only apply in the weekend. I wish every day !! Pizza was fresh

Hadn’t had Farrelli pizza in a long time. It waa yummy…..spendy but yummy. We got the crab ragoon Stix, they were amazing.

Customer service was great thanks to Shirley food on the hand wasn’t bad but wasn’t great, had a fettuccine alfredo sauce tasted great but the noodles were kinda hard. And the F bomb drink was great, first time trying it

We usually order to-go from this restaurant, but this time we decided to dine in. While we typically enjoy the food here, this visit was a bit of a letdown. We tried the Powerplay pizza for the first time, and while it wasn’t bad, it’s not something we’d order again—perhaps the sausage wasn’t to our liking.
We also got two orders of the Gourmet Stuffed Mushrooms, which used to be one of our favorites. In the past, we’ve come here specifically for the mushrooms to-go, but this time they weren’t quite the same. One order had a light coating of butter, while the other didn’t seem to have any at all. A big part of what we loved was dipping the bread into the rich garlic butter, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much butter for dipping. Thankfully, they replaced the order that was missing butter. Additionally, I’ve noticed some inconsistency with the bread that comes whey the mushrooms —sometimes it’s flatbread, and other times it’s fluffier garlic bread. We ended up taking the leftovers home and adding more butter to the mushrooms ourselves.
That said, our server, Spencer, was absolutely fantastic—probably one of the best waiters we’ve had in a while. He was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We’ll be back again.

We had a huge group come in here tonight and our server was amazing at keeping up with everything! All of the food was good except the blueberry crème brûlée cheesecake that we took home-Sounds like a dream taste like plastic.

I haven’t eaten here in about ten years and returned back to try it. I was disappointed. We ordered takeout and the pizza was burnt, the dough was rock hard and the ingredients were not that good. Overall it was overpriced and not worth it at all. And I’ve probably reviewed a few hundred pizza places on here. I’d rather get dominos next time.
However, the fire stix/jalapeno cream cheese bread was absolutely amazing. Staff was great as well. Restaurant was clean. 3 stars just for this last part. Rest of the food was 1 star.

I’ve never had such poor service at Farellis as I did tonight. Our server didn’t come by to refill our drinks or check on us. I had to stop her as she checked on a couple who had beer to drink and she acted like I was bothering her. We then waited about 20 more minutes to get our drinks refilled all while I could see her on her phone and looking at herself in the mirror. We waited even longer to get our boxes for our pizza and again a long while to get her to get our receipt. I’m disappointed this time but management needs to take a look at Trinity and how her customer service skills are lacking. Unfortunately it cost you a very large tip.

This is the best pizza place in the area and not close. The staff is extremely friendly and you can feel the neighborhood love. Spencer deserves a lot of props for taking care of his customers. Not to mention the pizza is amazing.

Not sure why its a pizza place when the pasta and all other dishes are 100x better. Drinks are incredible and an amazing atmosphere. Dining in is always a great option here and great service by all employees. Super nice and always knowledgeable of the menu. Always coming back here.Dont forget to mention great happy hour and specials throughout the week.
