When someone choose pickup option using app, the people wanna save time instead of staying in fast food restaurant. But in this burger king, when you take order online, your priority is lowest, the staff won’t check your online order. I take an extra 15 mins to get my order. It happened on me twice! NEVER visit back this burger king.

Yum! Burger King has kept us safe throughout the COVID19 outbreak. The food is good and served hot. The staff is friendly. I do wish that French toast and pancakes were available and they have not been for weeks. I’m grateful to Burger King for their app combos and pricing. I am done with the Burger King CH’KING SANDWICH! This is the 4th time I’ve had it, and this time it was made perfectly, it’s just a flavorless sandwich. The meat was hot, the bun was soft, the chicken was big and juicy, the white sauce on it is moreinsipid than mayonnaise. This is a useless addition to the chicken sandwich wars. (Better than McD though) To comment on the drive-through and service, 5 stars! Absolutely perfect! For going around midnight the attendant was sharp, polite and accommodating. The onion rings were piping hot and fresh, the soda properly fizzy. The car in front of me drove away I guess from waiting too long. In my opinion it could have moved faster but It was fair. Best experience at a BK judging the past 3 locations I have visited.

Went to Harrison,NJ location to get a #1 combo from the broiler , I said numerous times no onion and no lettuce for my order. Lettuce was put on my order and I tossed the lettuce off the burger and there was no ketchup or mayonnaise on it as well. nlNow I know why you he location at 751 Harrison avenue Harrison, NJ always has an empty parking lot, nobody knows how to take a customers order for food of how it is wanted, not on how much they love to serve what was not ordered on how it was requested. I’m thinking about that people at there to collect a paycheck only and do whatever you hey choose to do and are overpaid to do their jobs

Very gross and dangerous! I took a bite of the Whopper and the bread was completely hard! I opened it up and all the lettuce was brown. Who knows how old this burger was and they just re heated it and sold it. I threw it away for fear of food poisoning. We got it in the drive thru and unfortunately, did not check it until we got home.
