I really hate to leave a negative review, but I was genuinely disappointed by our recent visit. This was one of our favorite restaurants in town, and my wife and I absolutely loved the brunch. I know the restaurant sold not too long ago, but unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined.
The brioche French toast used to be outstanding—thin slices of caramelized brioche, perfectly cooked with caramelized bananas, plump fresh sausages, and real Vermont maple syrup. Today, it was unrecognizable. The bread was extremely thick and dry, barely tasted like French toast at all, more like plain sliced bread with a little cinnamon. There were only three thin slices of banana, no maple syrup, and the sausage was low-quality banquet sausages I that you see at hotel free breakfast buffets.
My usual go-to is the Reuben, which used to feature thinly sliced, peppery pork belly that was tender and juicy, paired with some of the best fries around. This time, the sandwich was very dry and seemed to be made with regular cooked bacon instead, which completely changed the dish—and not for the better. The fries were fine, but we didn’t receive the truffle fries we ordered.
To make matters worse, the meal was very expensive for what we received. I don’t mind paying higher prices, especially with rising costs, as long as the quality is there. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a significant downgrade across the board.
Unless the quality improves, this will no longer be our go-to brunch spot, which is disappointing given how much we used to love it.

The Farmhouse is my favorite place to eat. The food is delicious and plentiful on a regular basis. I love the omelet–the smoked gouda is awesome.
The servers have always gotten our orders correct and are happy to make substitutions.
I like the setting; very welcoming, cozy and comfortable.

Simply fabulous. Again. Even better than last time. Food, service and atmosphere are spot on. Chateaubriand, oysters, clams, Brussels sprouts, Bronzini (fish), burrata salad, spinach. We did not indulge in the desserts but they sure looked amazing. Outdoor seating was fully booked. I highly recommend this place. The owner is lovely. Jen, our waitress, was excellent.

A friend recommended this spot, and I finally made it for my first-ever brunch visit. I was instantly impressed by the fantastic selection—it perfectly balances classic breakfast staples with tempting lunch options, plus they offer a great cocktail menu!
Our group ordered a mix of both worlds, and the service was quick and efficient. Honestly, we were all blown away by the portion sizes! They are incredibly generous; you absolutely get your money’s worth (and then some!). We definitely went home with satisfying leftovers.
I highly recommend giving this place a try! I’m already counting down the minutes until I can go back to sample their lunch and dinner menus.

Sorry. My son was visiting from the city. He wanted to take me out for Valentine’s Day. He’s had been here with his gf a while back. We live in Tashua and were planning on Westport. But he said the food was good here. Mistake. Oyster Rockefeller special was ice cold The food was inedible for me. I ordered the Thai shrimp and couldn’t eat it. Dessert
Was a joke apple crumble. Was gummy. Sad to say we won’t be back. Very disappointing Not to say the bathroom had no heat and I looked forward to the warm blower which was
Ice cold air. Ugh

Absolutely beautiful hidden gem!! Do yourself a favor and eat at Farmhouse!! They serve *true* farm to table style food, even listing the farms they source from. I love the rustic charm, the space is beautiful and full of natural light. The service is warm and friendly. Food comes out in great time and it is absolutely delicious!! It’s a little pricier, but mind you the sourcing couldn’t be any better!! We really loved every bit of this place and can’t wait to come back with friends!! Outdoor seating also available and it’s conveniently located with a nice sized parking lot. See you soon!

First off Michelle was an absolute professional sweetheart from phone etiquette to arrival. We sat out side it was a nice little set up. In doors was very busy and so loud in a good way but not for me. I appreciated the table placement and the umbrellas. The food was great. Service with a smile even though the lemon for my water (never received) the straw and vinaigrette on the side was served after asking kindly twice. My date went inside to try and get it, he came out with a thimble full of sour balsamic vinegar. We laughed so hard. Get the creme brulee cheese. So delicious. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back.

We had the butternut squash soup which was fresh and delicious. The Halibut was cooked to perfection. Flat bread was perfect. Highly recommend.
