My husband had open heart surgery at Columbia Pres. While we were there for per-op testing and I needed to find lunch I was appalled at the food in their cafeteria! Most unhealthy. My next visit I brought my own salad and then I noticed your machine. I was a little hesitant on fresh food from a vending machine but to my surprise your green salad with quinoa, sweet potato/butternut squash and southwestern dressing was wonderful! Thank you for bringing real healthy food for us as we await our spouses surgery!
