Ordered a chicken salad but instead received a salad barely any chicken just sprinkled on top. I’m not sure how they measure the amount but this is unacceptable for almost 15 dollars. They didn’t even bother asking why I was returning it and just simply proceeded to give me a refund.

Well, unless they’re not being truthful, their food is NOT from the same garbage distributors as all the other fast food joints, all of which I avoid like the plague.
I went here solely because they have their own meat suppliers and it’s healthier.
Only time I eat burgers is under these conditions.

Second attempt…. Stopped in and ordered some onion rings again, fish and chips and some of their box meals which was a half sandwich and salad and the other was a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. The portions are a bit smaller which appear to be like a kids meals but enough for small eaters. Overall everything was great except for the grainy salad; however the staff was kind and replaced it immediately. This place was also clean and the staff is up and cleaning tables as soon as people leave. Their hand dryer in the restroom was fixed.
We were craving onion rings so decided on stopping to grab lunch. We ordered cheeseburger, fries and chili cheese fries, grilled chicken, chicken strips, a double cheeseburger and the onion rings. All the food tasted great and they give you plenty of fries; however, my pomegranate drink was a bit weak in flavor ands there was no ice tea but we asked and received some. The chicken strips were super hot and super crispy so just be careful if you’re giving these to small kiddos, especially when they bite into them. What I was disappointed in was the bathroom dryer didn’t work and there’s no paper towels. The floor was also super sticky and you could hear it when walking.

This particular FB is okay. We came here because it was convenient. The food was not up to par as other FB locations we have tried. We got the FB burger and it was kinda of thrown together without love. The sauce was lacking on one and the other one was overly sauced. We recieved the burgers kinda of half off the bun. The place wasn’t very clean, a lot of tables left uncleaned. The soda machine area was pretty dirty. The restroom was diffently dirty. I went in there to wash my hands, thanks goodness I didnt need to actually go.
I wouldn’t personally choose this location even if its convenient.

This is my favorite Farmer Boys. I have only tried two–this one and the one in Huntington Beach. The one in HB has unfriendly staff and uncaring cooks, in my experience. But this one–with Monique and Francis so friendly and inviting at the drive through and cooks willing to cook my eggs with no brown so I can enjoy the egg sandwich? I love this place.

They have the rudest female cashier the first time I ate here she didn’t want to take my order, the guy did he is the nice one, the food was great. Not today I ordered the breakfast and the female cashier took my order like she was forced to smile and fake kindness. The food took longer and the sausage was burnt from one side and raw from the other, the pancakes were burnt from the bottom they were so dry I never had pancakes this dry I was choking. The eggs were also burnt from the bottom. $12 for the worst breakfast and it said it came with 4 pancakes they gave me 2. I had to buy orange juice to choke the food down the orange juice is $6. In total wasted $18 on bad food. Bad service bad attitude you feel unwelcome when you walk in.

The food was delicious. However, on Wednesday, November 5th at approximately 1030am, I noticed this location was very understaffed.
In addition, the male manager was very rude towards his coworker (the cashier). He yelled at her infront of customers regarding a beverage that was not handed, earlier to a customer.
Advice to owner: The manager needs to be restrained and show more respect towards his coworkers. He needs to be more professional, especially infront of customers!

I’ve been coming to this store for years and today was my first time to be disappointed. The burger itself was dry, buns were soggy, and fries were not crunchy. I don’t know what changed with this store but the taste of the burger is not as good as before and was just pure disappointment.
