What a nice little spot on Bay Ave. The lady working the counter was super nice and friendly. The coffee was delightful. Too bad it was raining because they do have outdoor seating

Love the ambiance and decor, which makes you feel like you’re in an airy part of Paris, or maybe even the countryside. The latte was incredible. I tried the Parisian ham, egg and cheese croissant while my wife tried the bacon, egg, and ham on a roll. I thought mine was better because the croissant made the difference. Will return!

We’ve visited this place several times while going to the beaches in North Jersey, but we probably won’t be returning. The service was shockingly bad. The only reason we gave two stars instead of one was because of the barista, who was friendly and helpful. We asked her about the person who had taken our order and payment, we were surprised to learn that she was actually the manager. During our interaction, the manager looked inconvenienced, annoyed, and distracted — as if picking up the food was a burden. She then returned to her seat and quickly resumed chatting with others, appearing to enjoy that conversation far more than assisting us. After that experience, we found it impossible to enjoy our meal.

A bright and inspiring space, offering delicious pastries, coffee, and mindful home items.

Set in a beautifully renovated corner store built in 1905, the name Farmacie is inspired by the original Pharmacy that this building was once used for. Many of the original fixtures and details have been thoughtfully preserved.

Ideally placed seats by the shopfront window allow you to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst reading a book or just watching the world go by. Alternatively, and for larger groups, there’s a lovely Zen-like walled garden out the back with a long table.

The service from the team at Farmacie is warm and attentive.

A great addition to the Highlands community.

Beautiful gem located in quaint enclave of Highlands NJ . Enjoy your latte in this peaceful oasis along with amazing tasty pastries such as croissants , muffins, scones , a wide variety cheese cakes , chocolate tortes quiches and salad bowls . The restaurant also has well curated collections of artisan soaps , candles, jewelry and books . It absolutely gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to bring your lab top to get some work done or to join a friend .

This is a very nice coffee shop featuring Illy coffee. They have a variety of fresh pastry options ranging from sweet to savory. A great deal of attention is paid to the interior decoration, with rustic-looking chairs and wooden communal tables creating a relaxing ambiance. There is also a covered courtyard with two fountains adding to this place’s overall appeal.

Excellent pastry and croissant sandwich options! They also have an assortment of household decor products for sale.

Farmacie’s hidden covered garden did not disappoint and the Espresso drinks are well made. Highly recommend for a weekend coffee date.

Stopped in here to pick up coffee and a bite to-go before the drive home from Sandy Hook. Got a broccoli cheddar quiche and an everything croissant. The quiche was curdled. I had it reheated, so maybe that’s what did it. Had I dined in, I would have certainly asked to exchange it for something different. Super disappointed as this place was not cheap. Food aside, the place is cute. I’d go again and hope for a better experience.

This place is adorable! I love the welcoming atmosphere. It feels very earthy and organic. Their coffee pastries and salads are delicious. I’m looking forward to trying their sandwiches too. Cute little gem here in the Highlands.

Probably the most pathetic ceasar salad Ive seen/ tasted. 🙁 The lettuce was sad iceberg with a sprinkle of cheese… Upgrade your lettuce my goodness. Why not kale?? Or arugula and mixed greens. Better salads at quick check. The roasted turkey ..grilled cheese was 14$… for AMERICAN CHEESE and deli turkey and white bread… not much a french botique… i was very shocked.. great service. Nice people.
