We went for lunch and it was truly one of the best spots around. With four different kitchens using fresh ingredients, everything comes together beautifully. We tried several items and basically created our own little buffet to share (see photos!).
I forgot to snap a picture of the salad — but they should absolutely bottle their champagne balsamic dressing — and the Philly cheesesteak, which was also fantastic. Every single thing we tasted was wonderful.
The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the entire experience couldn’t have been better. And on a perfect day, their outdoor dining area with the stone fireplace would be such a cozy, inviting spot.

Thank you.

What an absolute gem! We finally made the trip to Farm & in Vero Beach and it completely exceeded every expectation. Nestled on a beautiful family farm, the setting feels like a peaceful escape — rustic yet modern, with charming outdoor lanai seating, warm lighting, fire pits, and that incredible farm-to-table vibe that makes everything feel special.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. We started with the farm harvest salad — fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed — then moved on to the Asado-style prime braised beef that literally melted in our mouth, and a perfectly grilled steak that was cooked to absolute perfection. The flavors were bold, thoughtful, and clearly made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Bonus points for the unique menu options — we loved seeing the blend of classic American steaks & seafood with authentic Thai touches and handcrafted sushi!
Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly — our server made great recommendations and kept everything flowing smoothly even though the place was packed (pro tip: reservations are a must!).
The whole experience felt elevated yet relaxed — perfect for a date night, celebration, or just treating yourself. We’ve already told all our friends and are planning our next visit. If you’re anywhere near the Treasure Coast, do yourself a favor and go — Farm & Flame is easily one of the best new restaurants in the area!
Highly recommend — 5 stars aren’t enough!

What can I say…we have been to Farm and Flame two times now, and planning more visits, the food is outstanding. Starting with the bread service of grilled in house made sourdough bread with the bone marrow butter (a must). The Thai and Sushi appetizers are some of our favorites, tuna tataki, seaweed salad, lobster roll, deep fried smoked salmon roll (one of my favorites), also beef tataki and the oysters as you can see we are working our way through the menus. Let me say any steak your order will be the tastiest, best flavored perfect cook steak you will have anywhere. My favorite is the picanha steak juicy, flavorful melt in you mouth delicious. Also I have to say the wait staff and general manager Jon Paul are very attentive to the patrons. A definite must to the beautiful restaurant in the farm setting you won’t be disappointed REMEMBER Farm and Flame is a dining experience not just a restaurant, plan to spend some time everything is prepared to order NOTHING is pre-made. Enjoy! We do….

The food had great flavor and portions were generous. The menu warns you to anticipate waiting 45 minutes for entrees, and that held true. Between the time we were sat and appetizers came out, we weren’t provided any silverware or napkins. When the appetizers arrived, we had to ask a passing waiter for silverware and we were brought a fork only. When our waitress finally checked in on us, we were asked if we wanted a knife. The drinks we had were brought from the bar. We were never asked if we wanted another. The table behind us were checked on frequently, including a visit from the chef. When we finished our meals, we were asked if they could box our leftovers, which we appreciated. Approximately 20 minutes later, our boxes came out and we were asked if we might be interested in dessert. We looked at the menu, but after waiting another 20 minutes to see if we made a selection, we gave up. Not the way to end a birthday dinner.
I say all this to point out to be prepared for slower-than-normal service. I believe the staff is overwhelmed by how popular the restaurant has become and are not prepared. If there’s a long wait time for entrees, the staff should definitely be upselling appetizers and drinks, while taking of the basics like table settings.
The outdoor patio area creates a great ambiance.
The food really does have great flavor and the variety of Thai options and sushi are refreshing for Sebastian.

We had an outstanding dinner here and were impressed from start to finish. We started with the ceviche and the tataki, and both appetizers were absolutely amazing—fresh, well-balanced, and packed with flavor.

For entrées, my soon-to-be mother-in-law had the lionfish roll, which was incredible and easily one of the standout dishes of the night. My fiancée ordered the cedar plank salmon, and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor. My soon-to-be father-in-law and I both had steaks, which were very good and cooked right—solid, high-quality cuts.

We finished with the Thai donuts for dessert, and they were the perfect way to end the meal.

Beyond the food, the service was top notch. Taylor, our waitress, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable—and all of the busboys and supporting staff were fantastic as well. The entire team worked seamlessly and made the experience even better.

Overall, this is a top-notch restaurant with great food and exceptional service. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Sebastian and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Sebastian/Vero Beach area.

First visit to Farm & Flame tonight and everything was AMAZING! The experience of driving to a farm and having the restaurant right there was a first time experience and I could taste the freshness in the food. My wife and I started with Tamarind Crispy Shrimp Nest and Farm Harvest Salad. Plus, a Mojito and Life Saver for drinks. Presentation immaculate, taste to match. Main courses were Crispy Lobster Black Pepper and the Prime Angus Picanha. Presentation and flavor amazing again! I never had that cut of meat before, but I will have it again! My wife said the lobster was one of her favorite meals EVER, and we eat out a lot. Service was great! Atmosphere was nice. It is such a unique experience. (Be aware main courses can take 45 minutes to deliver, but they are upfront about it and so worth it)

We have visited multiple times and have always made reservations. During this visit, despite the availability of several two-top tables indoors that were not affected by direct sunlight, we were told that all other available two-tops–5 or more on the other side of the dining room—except for one even worse than ours—were reserved. And we had a reservation too. This was puzzling, as there was no where online to request special tables and the restaurant does not answer phone calls. It is noteworthy too that some of the nearby tables on our side of the dining room also had strong sunlight streaming directly into diners’ faces and some diners would hold up their hand to shield their face when talking to other diners at their table.

Interestingly, none of the two top tables we were told were “reserved” were occupied during our dinner. The two ladies who seated us and other patrons were not friendly nor were they accommodating despite our request and the fact that it was not busy on this cold afternoon.

Aside from this issue, our meals and the service from our server were excellent. However, being blinded by sunlight throughout the entire meal definitely put a damper on the experience and seeing the vacant tables created the impression that they do not value their customers or try to meet their requests.

Future diners may want to ask in advance whether it’s possible to request a specific table. We highly recommend doing so—otherwise, your dining experience could be significantly affected by the sunlight, as there are no blinds and no flexibility in seating accommodations.

And although our server was excellent, the service personnel seating patrons was less than satisfactory, hence a “2” in service. Atmosphere is a “3” because it is impossible to talk without shouting as the acoustics are terrible indoors–extremely loud. Outdoor seating is much better and recommended in good weather. Training in accommodating patrons is also highly recommended for other than the servers. Every server we have had to date–all different–were great!

We went the night before my husband’s birthday, on Tuesday, January 13th. I planned a surprise dinner for him at this new restaurant and made a reservation to sit outside (reservations are required for outdoor seating; indoor seating does not require one).

When we arrived, the place was completely full, but our table was ready for us. The restaurant is beautiful and very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the manager was attentive to every detail, making sure there was enough wood for the fireplace and that everything was perfect.

We started with a chicken sausage pizza as an appetizer — the handmade dough was amazing, and the cheese was a solid 10/10. For drinks, I had a white wine sangria, which was delicious, and my husband ordered a Josh red wine, both excellent choices.

For our main course, we both ordered the picanha cooked medium, each with different sides. Absolutely delicious, 10/10 — highly recommend it, you won’t regret it.

To finish the night, we shared the Thai donuts with vanilla ice cream — heavenly!

Important to mention: everything they cook comes from their own farm, so the food is fresh and you can truly feel the love put into their cooking.
The restaurant is located right on the border of Vero Beach and Sebastian, about a 30-minute drive from my home, and totally worth it.

4th dinner tonight at Farm and Flame, celebrating our anniversary. MJ waited on us for the second time, she’s an adorable young lady, they are lucky to have her. In the times we have been coming here we have not been disappointed with any part of our experience, highly recommend. If you are going to be in the area, Mae a reservation and if not, make one anyway it’s worth the trip. Speaking with management, they are open to any suggestions you may want to put out there, but they now have pretty much everything dialed. Had the ribeye for first time, amazing flavor, cooked perfectly and tender! I always get the baked potato with asparagus to go with the protein, perfect meal!

Very unique place All of the food is organic, local and is made to order. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your order to be prepared but it is definitely worth it. The Tom Kha is excellent. My dining partners had the Salmon which I sampled and it was excellent as well. One had the Pokémon Bowl which he lived and another had the cashew chicken. All of the food was exceptional. With surprising things like pickled small peppers. You cannot beat this farm to table restaurant! There was no wait for the table but we had reservations.
