Oh my goodness! This was the greatest experience for my family today. The best food ever and very reasonable prices. My son and grandchildren enjoyed every bite and we talked about it all the way home. Very friendly service and cute atmosphere in a vintage school building . I highly recommend eating there!

Went to 61st class reunion. Old School owner was there. Told us about fried quail. We went by and ordered 3. Best ever fried quail. Will repeat visit when in area. Never have I had better fried quail. This is a must place to eat. Just go, you will agree . Well worth the trip!

Took the almost one hour drive from Lake City Florida up US 441 to have lunch there today. Oh my goodness, the food is fantastic!!! Very reasonably priced and delicious. I’ll be back once or twice a month moving forward. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

Staying at the Eco Lodge while paddling the swamp. Pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant in Fargo. Good southern fried fish and burgers with French fries. My wife and I had the misfortune of arriving just after 2dozen seniors in one group arrived and the waitresses were overwhelmed. It took half an hour to get drinks but the young ladies were trying hard – just overwhelmed. Our French fries were cold when served but the waitress brought fresh ones upon request. I suspect the service is typically much better.
The prices were affordable -$26 for 2 meals with colas. Hope they are able to stay in business with the remote location. Will visit again.

Good home style food. Open until 2:00 during the week and until 8:00 on Friday and Saturday. Closed on Mondays I think. Lunch buffet during the week and breakfast is really good. They also have catfish specials on Friday evenings and quail/steak dinners on Saturday evenings. Just make sure to get there early before they run out.
