Went here on a Saturday evening for my birthday and had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend making reservations. The seasonal drinks were delicious, and the house salad was probably the best I’ve had anywhere. I had the chicken carbonara, and while the sauce was great, the chicken tasted like it hasn’t been seasoned until after it was cooked. However, the service was good and the atmosphere was classy and cozy. This is a good place for special occasions.

Everything at this restaurant was impressive. The decor is lovely and currently themed for an elegant Valentine’s theme. The food was amazing, everything was obviously homemade and of excellent quality, with delicious flavors. We had the lasagna rolls and chicken parmigiana, and the OOH FUDGE! desert. The salad and garlic bread were so good. We went at around 8pm and it was still busy. They had such friendly, professional, attentive service. We really enjoyed our time here.

Walking in was like going into another world. Quiet music, low lights and string lights with lovely decorations – it was like walking into an Italian wedding reception. We were welcomed warmly, and shown to a table lit with a small lamp. It was very intimate, cozy, familial yet romantic.
We were given bread and salad as an appetizer, with the most delicious white salad dressing.
We had tasty entrees, chicken carbonara and baked mostacciolli was delicious! I recommend ending the night with coffee and a cannoli. I had a white pinot grigio and my man a Two Hearted IPA. The value was very good, $53 for two people. Much better than going to chain restaurants and spending more than that.
We will be back for another date night!

The absolute best service and best italian in Michiana!!! We got the chicken parm, and the spinach alfredo noodles and added chicken. Also got cheesecake and ice cream. Everything was so good!!!

Walking into a great environment, we were fortunate to see the pre-Valentine decorations. Call ahead recommended; they squeezed us in at the end of the night. Ravioli and chicken Parmesan were delicious. The homemade salad dressing was a unique touch and worth a try, especially since our server shared how to enjoy it. Servers worked as a team and kept it together for a full house. We will stop by again when we return to the area.

Tonight was my birthday, and decided to try Fanellos for the first time based on proximity to my bestie and online menu and reviews. MELISSA WAS WONDERFUL! She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great suggestions, was properly attentive, and just overall very lovely. I was having trouble deciding (and since it is MY *party* after all) asked if Melissa would choose for me based on a few of my own choices. She highlighted the menu in a way that was perfect for my palate as well as showcasing the strength of the kitchen. Ravioli appetizer, Broccoli Amore entree, and canolli for dessert (also tried a bit of the partner’s cheesecake ) all so so delicious! Thank you, Melissa and Fanellos for making my birthday better! Will absolutely return, recommend!

This Italian restaurant is our new Italian go to restaurant. I had their Veal Parmigiana my wife had their Stuffed Shells. They start out by bringing you their house salad with their special house made dressings which are delicious. Also a basket of excellent garlic bread. My Veal Parmigiana was the real deal veal breaded and fried a huge slab over a bed of I’m guessing house made spaghetti drenched in house made marinara. This is why I chose Fanellos. My wife’s Stuffed Shells were fantastic. The amount of food was enough for two people. The whole time we were there we were serenaded by a live musician playing soft romantic bass music. The bill was rather cheap for us both. We will be back and soon.

We had great service when we went here tonight. You get a salad and bread when you order an entree and they were both very good. They have two choices they bring you for Dressing, their normal Italian dressing and a Creamy Italian dressing, both of which were good separate and combined. We would come back here again.
