This place is my absolute comfort zone! Since moving to Jax, I’ve been coming here every time I shop at Walmart. The complimentary sushi rolls are amazing, the sushi is super fresh, and the hibachi portions are huge with soup or salad. The service is fantastic—such a small place, yet they always make sure you have everything you need. Love it! ❤️

My wife and I tried this place for the first time and were very impressed with the service, ambiance and quality of the food. We arrived there after the lunch rush and it was fine for us. The servers kept everything clean, including the restroom. We usually visit another great sushi restaurant on St. Johns Avenue in Jacksonville but now we know where to come that’s real close to the Costco location on Parramore. Although it shares the driveway entrance to a super Walmart and Racetrac gas station, the access to the plaza where Fancy Sushi is located. I look forward to returning.

I ordered sashimi which looked fresh, but the quality of the fish didn’t taste sushi grade. The seaweed salad was the most tasty item I ordered. The salmon in the Alaska roll was extremely wet. They overcooked my dumplings but remade them. They tasted as if they were previously frozen. The customer service was nice and the ambiance was as well. Overall will not be returning. Definitely mediocre.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted immediately and sat. The waiter took our drink order right away and then brought back a free holiday roll. It was delish. Shortly after we placed our order and did not wait very long to get our food. I got the Austin powers roll. My fiancé got the crazy roll. We split the gyoza. All of which was tasty. Staff was nice and helpful. Atmosphere was nice.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food was served hot and in a timely fashion. I was given complimentary holiday roll sushi. It was just ok… fried a lil too crisp for my liking but it was free so whatever.
I ordered the dynamite roll and hibachi chicken and shrimp. Everything was delicious and I had plenty of left overs. I will definitely dine again

To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. I ordered the Chicken Katsu lunch with both Thai and Taro teas.
Taro tea – the flavor was weak as if it were watered l-down.
Thai tea – I could not taste the flavor of the tea. It tasted like coconut – not shay I expected . The only thing good about the milk teas is that there was a decent amount of boba that was cooked to perfection .
I want impressed by the Miso soup. Even though the flavor was nice, something other than a small, single slice of mushroom in the broth would have been nice.
The only thing good about the Chicken Katsu meal was the rice. The chicken breast was overcooked dry and lacked any flavor of spices, and the vegetables were flavorless as well.
Even though the staff was extremely friendly, Fancy Sushi isn’t a place I plan for a return visit unless I have a hankering for some yummy Japanese rice.

I wish I could come here every day! We were provided complimentary sushi that was absolutely delectable! The BEST sushi in Jacksonville! Not only was the sushi, salmon and shrimp delicious, the presentation was beautiful! Service was quick and friendly! I will definitely stop here whenever I am in the area!

Really good food, decently priced. Food was quick, hot and delicious! The place was clean and organized. Waitresses are helpful and keep up. I’ve seen this place for years and decided to give it a try. I’ve been missing out. Definitely go by here if you are in the mood for good food and atmosphere.

Great dining experience here. Very nice new restaurant with nice ambience and great sushi. Our server was super attentive and had great recommendations every though we showed up about 30 minutes before closing, and even brought us an extra appetizer courtesy of the chef. Really enjoyed our dinner here.

Overall give Fancy Sushi on Collins restaurant an 8.5 out of 10. Very satisfied experience, amazing food, great service, and not bad for prices. Went during the lunch special and ordered chicken and steak habachi, strawberry nigiri and the maki two sushi rolls; the spicy salmon roll, Alaska roll. I really recommend ordering the drink it’s absolutely delicious and very smooth. The sushi itself was very delicious and not too bad, very fresh. The Habachi was hot ready and yummy. When you order you have complimentary soup or salad we got both. They also gave us sushi seasonal roll of the day complimentary just for dining in with them. Definitely recommend coming to eat during lunch times 11am- 3pm for the lunch specials. The staff were extremely attentive and very nice
