This evening my fight was delayed so we found ourselves hungry being from NYC why not pizza? So my husband ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 plain I ordered a sausage trombone. I requested it to be heated up because it looked pale and cold . The younk kids stays to me it hot already,I replied I like my food very hot and darker.
He placed it in a bag and handed it to me. I took a seat and cut off a piece and it was raw tasting and cold as ice.Lets not mention no one makes eye contact no warm fuzzies . They look miserable to work here. Retrain is much needed. $13 I threw away. Shm

I only stopped in for a quick purchase—just a couple bags of chips and some water—so I can’t speak to the quality of their full menu. However, the reason for my low rating is the lack of friendliness from the staff. My order was extremely simple, yet the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. It was a stark contrast to the warm, cheerful service you typically experience within the Disney bubble. A bit more kindness would’ve made a big difference.

We truly appreciated their consideration for our preference—they used a separate knife to cut our pizza, ensuring it wasn’t mixed with one used for meat. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, making our brief layover even better. Great service and attention to detail!

there was no pepperoni pizza available at all. Only pizza that looked to be about a day old and tasted like it too. The staff was very nice. They told me that pepperoni pizza would be available in 10 minutes, then said it would be 25 minutes. I chose to just get cheese. was not very good and overpriced, but it’s airport food.

Rude and confused staff. I informed the cashier that my tap was not registering in order for me to pay. His response was “well I don’t know how you are going to pay”. $6 for a pizza is okay considering but I would recommend to save yourself a headache and go somewhere else

The food was terrible, the pizza’s cheese was not normal and there was barely any. The staff were quite rude as well. A slice is like 5 dollars which is expensive.

Manager Delgado provides a great atmosphere here at Orlando airport. As a veteran and Italian from new York, this pizza is outstanding. Absolutely a must eat.

Forget about the horrible service, I can see that on every airport. Now, the pizza here is as horrible as it can get. I ordered 3 different type because airport food is not always good, but none of them were close to decent. This is my first 1 star in 10 years. Unfortunately, nobody reads this until is too late.

Very rude! Dismissive when I asked for clean tongs to avoid cross contamination of a product I can’t consume. The lady ripped off her apron and dismissed me to a guy I thought would be helpful but was just as bad and got annoyed. Seems they speak very little English yet make no effort to try communicate.
