Great barbecue place, the portions were big and the food was good. I personally love the cornbread and wings. The servers were nice, and the food came out quick. The vibe was also very cool.

I gave them 5 stars, even though they were slow at the beginning when we got there because everything else was amazing. I think they just need more staff. No one was at the front, and even though we were seated soon, it took a while for someone to take our order, BUT the food was superb! I encourage you to order the combo platters. You get to have a little of everything. You will definitely lick your fingers. I also want to mention that Adrian, our server, was wonderful. He made our experience and wait time worthwhile. He gave us great suggestions and was on top of everything the whole time, with a very friendly attitude. Overall, it’s definitely worth the wait. I love that it’s such a family oriented restaurant, very pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Great food all around!! Recently just turned 40 and wanted BBQ for my birthday and I decided to go with Famous Dave’s, I do not regret this decision at all. Great food, AMAZING service, 10/10 over all. Thank you to the young man named mario who helped me and my family out. Very nice always on top of things and respectful. I would definitely come again for the food and great service.

Excellent food as per usual. food came out hot because we barely had to wait for it. Anyssa is an absolute gem. Very personable, made conversation easily, had excellent suggestions for substitute menu items. She also did a sauce tasting with us which was really cool. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be coming back.

My friend and I went in for dinner at a very busy time. The visit started off rough with several servers passing by my friend and I. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge us. Finally, our server, Anyssa, came by and apologize. We did speak to the manager to let them know how long of a wait we had at our table just for someone to acknowledge us. We did make it a point to let the manager know that Anyssa was polite and did apologized to us. We also did let the manager know the issue wasn’t her, but a break down in communication with someone to her. Anyways, Anyssa was amazing and she went above and beyond. The food was amazing. It changed from a start of a bad experience to a wonderful experience.

We had a large party trying to find somewhere to eat. I called Famous Dave’s on Mesa And it was last minute Joe said they could accommodate us. I feel Joe and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very attentive to us, and keeping us informed on the progress of our food. We will definitely be back when we are in town. Ordered take out, a Que Combo that included a hot link. I called the restaurant to let them know I was not happy with the quality of the hot link, looked dark like it was expired and tasted disgusting. The guy in the phone told me his manager Valerie refused to do anything to correct the issue because I had taken the food out of the restaurant…. It’s called take out. If you order take out, make sure you check the quality of your food because they refuse to do anything to correct any issues. I was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes when I called it in on the phone, I waited double that time. Customers in the restaurant kept getting up from their tables to get their check, they waited to be seated… Where is the owner of this company or franchise?? Did quality and Customer service had changed dramatically at this restaurant…
