Normally this chain gets at least four stars but the poor service couldn’t justify any more. In fact if the ribs were not very good I would have gone two stars here. I sat at the bar during a late lunch hour and was promptly ignored. I ordered my food and as usual for the business they were fast getting it out but unfortunately the waitress didn’t give me silverware to eat with. After five minutes of looking for her she asked how it was and when I replied you didn’t give me any silverware she told me I just have to ask for it. I always assumed that was a given at a restaurant. She then brought me a refill on my sweet tea that was not sweet. I mentioned that this tastes like regular tea. She said oh it’s not regular it’s unsweet. I don’t think I’ll be back here but other locations are quite good.

Awesome awesome BBQ! Love the outside patio area and good service each visit so far. The burnt ends are great (doesn’t sound appetizing, I know), and love the ribs and brisket! Jalapeño Mac n cheese is fantastic as well!

Food was mediocre. Not true meat falling off bone smoked bbq. Over flavored with sauce instead of the true flavor of the meat. Also waitress took food away before patron was finished. It was barely eaten and she went to bathroom only to come back to find food was gone. Food took excessively long to be served too. Other than that, the service was good

The food (wings, ribs, pulled pork, sides) is consistently good, however the service is consistently poor which is a shame. We always sit at the bar to eat dinner, thinking we will get quicker service, but the bartender is always off waiting tables on the floor and we usually sit for several minutes before we are even greeted. I always order a water with lemon along with a beer and I’m still waiting for the day when I get that lemon… The wait for the food is also becoming longer and longer each time we go. And forget about getting the check, that takes a good twenty minutes.

Very disappointing. Server did not listen to order instructions and brought the wrong side with one meal and main-course salad with dressing already added when dressing on the side was requested. Salad was sent back to the kitchen and it never returned, with no sign of the waitress. Finally, manager was located and she got the replacement salad but by then the other diners at the table were finished eating. The manager comped the salad, which was good because the grilled chicken on the salad was hard and dry.

What a HORRENDOUS experience. We showed up at 6 pm on a Monday, and were told that we’d have to wait 15/20 minutes. Well, that turned into 45 minutes. Then, we ordered our food. The food took almost an HOUR to arrive, and by the time that hour was almost up, I was out of my seat and chatting earnestly with the manager about how stupid it is that we had to wait almost TWO HOURS to get seated and eat. Several other tables joined in, as they had been waiting a similar amount of time. We all demanded that our meals be given to us free, and the assistant manager said she could arrange that for us. When the food DID arrive, my mom’s burger arrived without extra onion as she’d asked for (actually, there was NO onion on it at all), and all 3 of us agreed that the food was so-so. The waiter anxiously hovered around our table, waiting to see if we left him a tip. For the first time in our lives, we left no tip. It’s not the waiter’s fault; we understand that. Management really stinks to have had such bad logistical planning that they were so far behind in the kitchen (all the while, mind you, as we were waiting for our food, lots and lots of people were coming to the carry-out window, and it became apparent to us that the carry-out window folks were being served first). In conclusion, we will not be returning any time soon. I mean, who has 2 hours to wait for dinner on a Monday night? Awful.
