The waitress Samantha was amazing and extremely personable. She acts like she genuinely likes her job. We waited a little while for the food but was definitely worth it! Will be returning next time we make a trip up!

The server took her time 12 mins to coming to us for our drinks mind you this place was dead maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant . Two other tables where served by our server that sat down way after us. Then took 15mins for a salad. Then wrong food then asked 3 time for a to go box and never got it. The manager knew something was wrong but did not want to address the issue.i nor my wife will ever bring business to this location ever again. I wish I could give a 0 star for this place

Bad service after ordering and waiting for 20 minutes we were told they gave our food to someone else by mistake. Then seeing people come in after us and getting their food before us. I ordered a to go meal 20 minutes after ordering my food which was brought to me before my food was, TERRIBLE. Not to mention being seated at a table that was wobbly and felt like it was about to fall on the floor. This bad experiences takes nothing away from the food which was pretty good.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Famous Dave’s! The food and service was awesome. The manager stopped by and checked on experience. The only suggestion I have is that they should turn the volume down on the music. We’ll be back soon!

First problem was that i walked in, was no host there to greet me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to greet me. When the host finally got there she was so unpleasant. She walked up with no smile and actually sat another party before me when i came in prior to them. We sat down at the table only to wait a long while before someone came to wait the table. The waitress was nice, but by that time i was over the long waiting time that this restaurant has to offer. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I have always received good service at Famous Dave’s in Large and Waldorf. I have place an order just now at the Largo locations and the person who took the call was pleasant and I expect my order to be just like before food hot and delicious. Food was great it was the poor service and lack of person customer service!!! We walked in and we’re sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one came by so we got up and sat at the bar lots more service!!! Retrain your wait staff all guest matter. Otherwise make your bar area bigger so the bartenders can take care of more guest!!!!

My first drink had a fruit fly in it, replacement drink took about 45 mins to arrive in a very dirty glass. The food that I no longer was interested in, due to the uncleanliness of the place, took over an hr and we only ordered appetizers. Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this place. It is gross.

Last time my dad and I went to the stpre in largo, md it took us awhile about 20 -30 min to get a table even though there were tables around the Bar. Well when we finally got to our table the wait staff gave us some time to figure what we wanted. My dad placed his order than I placed my order. About 5 min later the waiter came back and stated the food I ordered they were out of. Ordered something else to be told they were out of that. Came to this location on Sunday around noon. Spent over $85.00 on an All American meal plus banana pudding. The ribs was not done at all, they were so tuff and not tender at all tasted like they was boiled. Then the banana pudding didn’t have any pudding in it at all. It was a bowl full of whip cream with three bananas and three cookies. I called back to the restaurant and was instructed to return the ribs and they would give me a fresh slab. I bought the ribs back the next day, I missed a meeting at my job and got there they gave me basically the same tough uncooked ribs and refused to compensate me for the banana pudding. I didn’t want another pudding because it was horrible. I use to spend 200 a month at this famous daves but they have definitely lost my business. I feel as though they could’ve did something to make the customer happy they did absolutely nothing and the manager acted as if he could give a sh……
