Food was not that great at all the chicken prawns served was uncooked but burnt.
Found hair in the food which made me to vomit . What kind of professionalism was that?
We asked for complimentary drink which arrived like after 30+minutes which is actually a very bad on the part as we all have waited and was just sitting and watching each others face like what kind of service is this.
Unprofessional staff, unmannered irresponsible irrelevant management. Arguing and questioning the customer.
One of the hierarchy was so immoral was laughing at the situation.
It’s very shame on them.
we ordered the premium service possible what we received was disgusting. whether food service or way to this place.
Food was not good or upto the mark.
They were so irresponsible that we people have to wait for more than 10min standing idle waiting for restocking of the food.
Coming to the taste piteous. Starters were a bit ok but not a surprise they added too much salt like they want us to make a heart and BP patients.
We tried sweet section expectedly 1-3 items on the self was ok but the rest of the item was pathetic taste and was tasting like old stock is being served.
Overall 1-2 item’s were okay rest waste of money and time.
We had to leave most of the served items in the plate because of the garbage like quality food in the starters and disasters main course.
Service was pathetic and irresponsible. We asked for coke or a soft drink and it never came even after we said we will pay extra.
No proper hand-wash or washroom facility whether its staff or customer they have to use the same unhygienic restroom or handwash.
Upon that its not a good place for a family celebration you know why because they have merged the cocktail section in the dine area unconscious drunkers around how safe you will feel with your loved one’s.
They don’t have a proper ladder to reach that place and they have attached an external lift which malfunctioned and operated damn slowly to climb up.
Coming to Ambiance me and others felt like it’s a Railway station platform.
They mentioned Live music but no one was there, they should have aleat not fooled us by playing someone else’s live song from youtube at least they should have listened what the majority of customers were asking.
I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family ever.
I have attached some images for a reality check of this place.
• Food Quality: The food was good, well-prepared, and enjoyable for a group lunch.
• Ambience: The place has a vibrant atmosphere and feels active, especially during peak hours.
• Live Music: Live music was present; the singer mostly performed Telugu numbers. It was decent and added to the mood, though not the main highlight.
• Overall Experience: A pleasant team lunch experience. Worth trying at least once.
• Comparison: Personally felt better than AB in terms of overall experience.
A decent option for team outings and casual group lunches.
I booked a table via Swiggy Dineout and got a 20% discount for dine-in. Went on a Tuesday around 12:45 PM — there was no crowd, and we were seated immediately without any wait time. The staff were very polite and attentive.
The buffet was at its best — every item was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Both the veg and non-veg options were excellent, and even the desserts were satisfying.
Overall, it was a great experience with no regrets. Totally worth the amount spent. Highly recommended!
It was similar to barbecue nation including all the barbeque starters and the buffet section was similar too excluding the haleem.
In the starters the shrimps were nice and tender, other starters were very forgettable – chicken was salty, fish was bland.
In the buffet section, the noodles and the Kung Parker chicken were good and the biryani was decent.
And the dessert section did not have many varieties. The date stuffed dessert and gulab jamun were good.
Overall, it felt like a barbeque nation clone, the only thing they did different was that they roasted the starters on a stone platform.
ASF Restaurant legit blew me away. The moment I walked in, the vibe was immaculate — clean space, cozy ambience, and music that wasn’t too loud or too sleepy. The staff was super warm and attentive without hovering, which already set the tone.
But the real star? The food.
Every dish tasted unbelievably fresh and balanced, like the chef actually cared about the details. Flavours were bold but not overwhelming, portions were generous, and the presentation had that “I need to take a pic first” energy. My favourite part was how consistent everything felt — from starters to dessert, it all carried the same quality and effort.
ASF Restaurant just gives you that feeling of “yeah, I’m definitely coming back here.” If you’re hunting for a place that nails taste, service, and vibe all in one go, this is the spot. Totally worth the hype and every single star. ✨
Pros –
1. Starters (Lava): Mutton Seekh Kebab, Dahi Galouti, and Chicken Wings were enjoyable and well-received initially.
2. BBQ: Unfortunately, none of the BBQ items met expectations in terms of taste or quality.
3. Main Course: Mutton Haleem stood out as a good option.
4. Chaats: Dahi Puri and Sev Puri were decent and well balanced.
5. Desserts: Ghewar with Rabdi, Gajar ka Halwa, and Garam Jalebi with Rabdi were appreciated and liked by most guests.
Areas of Improvement / Cons:
1. Chicken and veg starters were not appealing; as the crowd increased, the quality and taste of starters degraded. Service was slow at times.
2. Sambar rice was overly tangy.
3. Lal Maas had hard and rubbery mutton.
4. Chicken Biryani was average.
5. Egg masala lacked sufficient eggs.
6. Paneer Tikka Masala frequently ran out of paneer.
7. Rotis were served cold at the table.
8. Cakes had a tangerine/sour taste and seemed a few days old.
Positives & Appreciation:
Hospitality was top-notch. Arav, Arun, Rahul, and Pooja were consistently proactive in taking feedback and preparing fresh dishes to meet taste preferences. Their efforts are highly appreciated.
Live music was excellent and created a great ambience, enhancing the overall dining experience.
We were impressed from the moment the starters arrived right through to the buffet, all of which were of the highest quality. The dessert section was a particular highlight, offering a generous and appealing selection of fresh, satisfying options.
In sum, this restaurant offers a delightful combination of excellent food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
