Food is great. The service everyone is friendly and can slow down when busy which is expected. My son really likes the kids meal pancakes because they can do different shapes like Bunny, Mickey mouse, or a shark.

Just left Family Ties after having breakfast and I highly recommend! Our server, Jenn was so sweet & recommended places to eat & things to do while we are in town. Excellent! We waited over 45 minutes for two omelets and a breakfast sandwich. We ended up leaving. Paid for our drinks and explained why we were leaving and no one seemed apologetic.

The breakfast is average. The homemade corn beef hash was good. French Toast was soggy. Home fries have no flavor or seasoning. Biscuit and gravy, biscuits were freshly made, the sauce needed some type of seasoning.

We haven’t dined at this restaurant in roughly 8 months plus. Today 2/24/23, we returned to enjoy breakfast. Food was cold. We never return food to any kitchen. We took the food home to warm up later. We now remember, why it took so long to return. Our servicer was very good.

Always make it a point to stop here for breakfast when visiting from florida! Food is always delicious and the servers are amazing! Today our server was Mark and he was the best! So sweet and great service! Literally had the best energy! Totally recommend coming here if I could give more stars I would!
