Our menu is a whole-hearted family effort of passionately executed Thai comfort food and bistro fare. In addition to the Thai specialties, we have a full Boba tea menu with several unique drinks only found at Family Thais. Family Thais Asian Bistro is owned and operated by Tony and Jab Street and their sons. Jab Street who learned her craft at Toys Cafe as a chef for 10 years is the chef of Family Thais. Her husband Tony is a long-time Dallas restauranteur and helps mentor Jab and his sons. Family Thais is more than just a catchy name our motto is a Family that cooks together stays together.

Pretty bad overall. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and crispy spring rolls. The fried rice was very bland – using old, canned pineapple and completely unseasoned chicken. Needless to say, I could’ve made it better at home. The spring rolls were okay but they packaged them directly out of the fryer which melted the to-go container and left a strange plasticky taste.

The cashier was also the cook, he helped me pick a dish for me and my picky daughters. They loved it. The drinks were refreshing and made to perfection. Had a great experience . The photo machine that takes your free picture made for a wonderful memory. Thanks for a good time

This place was great! The boba drinks are delicious and refreshing. I loved the fruit teas and they were the perfect amount of sweetness. The boba is also really good and chewy. For food, we got a Thai fried rice which was seasoned well and so delicious! Service was great and super fast. Would come back again!

Their Pad Thai Noodle is super great that we ate in the restaurant and decided to order one more to go for the later meal.
The tiger tea + boba half sugar no ice tastes pretty much like the Taiwanese style we’re used to, so we love it a lot!
It’s a self-service restaurant and the staff is so cool that they directly skip the “tips” part while paying at the cashier.
I wanted to leave a great review for them is not only because they give a free macaron, but also because we love this place a lot!!! If we’ve ever had a chance to visit Dallas again, we would definitely come again.

The reason why I tried this restaurant is because it had a 4.6 rating. But unfortunately , I did not like the food. The tom yum chicken soup broth was weak. The thai chicken coconut soup was okay. But they put in baby corn and zucchini in the soups , and it’s not under the description. So I had to throw out those vegetables. And then I had the manganese beef i ordered it spicy level 1. But they made it way too spicy! I had to use milk to try to make it more milder , but it took away from the taste. I will never visit this restaurant again

Had a great experience here. The drunken noodles were delicious and the Horchata milk tea was a wonderful surprise! It tasted great and was not too sweet, definitely a new favorite drink. Service was pretty fast and staff was very polite. There’s only street parking so it can be a bit difficult but definitely worth it.

For months now I’ve been smelling the wonderful Aromas that come from our Family Thais Asian Bristro. Today due to the Dart trains Fiasco. Smells and Aromas hit with perfect timing. The meal was not only exquisite affordable served with genuine heartfelt welcome. Not only will I go again I will recommend several people to make the journey it is well worth it. I went with the Thai Stir Fry Pork with Thai Spice now when I say Thai Spice this is not for the faint-hearted. It was delicious. Meal presentation wonderful see for yourself picture attached.
