Have not been to Arby’s in a while. One of my favorite places but it isn’t cheap, but now around the same as other fast food places but much much better food.
I have found that most of their expensive sandwiches meals can feed two if cut in half.
I tried the brisket for the first time and it was damn good. Lots of meat. Would prefer in a sub instead of round bun for easier eating. Next time I might ask.
The brisket is sliced pretty thick. I prefer it was sliced a little thinner but it was very tasty. Fried onions on top added will to the flavor. I often get a gyro, but might try brisket again on a long roll of they will do that.
Service was good. Took about 4 to 5 minutes to get my food at drive through.

This Arby’s is the WORST. Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Stopped here after work for my son’s bday dinner. The only side offered was crinkle cut fries. Their computers were down. There were maybe 3 people at the most working and they forgot half of my order. My son’s burger wasn’t right either and the items they did include were slopped together. I understand they are probably understaffed, but there is no excuse for this. We have been to other locations that are overstressed and understaffed and nothing comes close to how much this location sucks. It really isn’t that hard. We will not be back.

I walk in the door and there’s nobody at the front counter. Nobody comes to greet me. It’s like a ghost town. Also, I don’t want to see characters representing what I eat on the wall!

I tried the new steak bite bowl. I was not very happy. The steak bites were cooked well done which alone killed it. There was just a small amount of onion rings and the macaroni and cheese was a a thin layer on the bottom maybe an inch thick.
All in all fairly disappointing.

15 minutes to get my food (and not busy) as the staff were talking about things instead of focusing on making the food. One guy kept distracting the other guy making the sandwiches. I couldn’t enjoy my food in the restaurant and had to get it to go. Very disappointing. Once the sandwich was finally ready I still had to wait on my fries side.

We stopped here today to pick up some early supper, however we waited for 5 minutes to even see anyone in the restaurant at all. We were going to order, however when the employee finally come to the front he was walking so slow that it would have been another 5 minutes to order. Just have plenty of time if going there to eat.

Food is good but they never give me the sauce I asked for. And constantly miss my drink when I order. And if I ask for the Arby’s sauce and actually get it, they also give me horse sauce.

Tried getting food from here again. Same thing the wraps were stale and crunchy. And not properly wrapped they fell apart in bag on the way home. Cheese wasent even melted. And the curly fries tasted like old grease. The fountain drinks tasted salty.
