I am a senior citizen who doesn’t always want to prepare meals so, guess what…this is my place to go for delicious meals.
The servings are plentiful, the price is right and, the girls give the best service.
The decor is wonderful and the atmosphere is lively and happy.
If you love good Indian food, as I do then, this is the place for you.
They are located on the corner of Ninth Street (not Second Street as I originally mentioned) and Pitt. Lots of free parking available, too.
My home delivery orders are always on time and hot, when they arrive.
A big shout out to all the Servers…THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL SO WELCOMED.❤
We were a party of 6, with each person ordering a different meal. Everyone’s meals were nicely plated, looked appetizing, and tasted even better. The extensive menu means there’s something for everyone, from the picky to the adventurous.
And then there’s the service! I didn’t happen to catch our server’s name, but she was attentive, fast, and knowledgeable about the menu.
Lastly, I would be remiss to not mention the decor. Holy Christmas! Everywhere you looked, there were bows and snow globes and candy candles and Santas. Add to that the classic Christmas music that was playing, and you could feel the holiday spirit from the second you opened the door.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
Lately we visited the restaurant again with a group of friends, mainly with the intention of introducing it to them. The feedback from each and every one of them has been positive and appreciative.
During that visit, being a Thanksgiving weekend, the restaurant was much busier than usual during lunch hour. What amazed me is that the restaurant had only one server constantly rushing back and forth from the kitchen to the tables, and from one table to another. I wonder why they didn’t employ at least another server, knowing full well that the place was going to be busy during the Thanksgiving weekend.
But what amazed me even more was the lone server, Carrie-Ann, who was the personification of Super Woman. I still do not know how she managed to attend to every table regularly and in a timely fashion, keeping all the patrons happy. She singlehandedly kept the place and the act together. My hats off to her.
That notwithstanding, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who lives in Cornwall, or visits Cornwall.
Original post. It was our first time going to this restaurant. The food exceeded our expectations! Very friendly service from Carrie Anne.
I had the 3 egg omelet with butter chicken. Delicious! The grilled potatoes with onions was really good also.
My boyfriend had the hungry man’s breakfast. He really enjoyed it.
We also did a takeout. We took the Chicken Tikka Masala (spicy), the Chana dish (chickpeas) and the palak paneer (spinach puree with cheese), all delicious!!
We look forward to going back the next time we are in Cornwall. More dishes to try!
The food and service were just sooo amazing.
You must try their delicious vegetable omelette.
Nice, cozy place with the best prices you’ll find around!
