Bear in mind folks that they just opened on 5/12/2025 when you read the older reviews.
This is my third stop in a week since I have to drive past here going & coming everyday. My stops do not tend to he at peak times, since I am retired. The service is good, the staff is friendly but they are less than a week into a new place.
I had the cod nuggets on Monday 5/12, the day they opened. They were very tasty. The batter is not too heavy and they were fried to a perfect crisp. The fish was flaky and not fishy. Had six bone-in wings the next day which were also fried just right. The bone-in wings are naked, which is my preference. The cod nuggets are priced a bit high at 12$ for 5-6 nuggets or roughly one piece of fish.
Be patient. Brownie’s was decent but nothing special. These folks will get it going soon enough.
And the FC beers are GREAT!

The Google rating of 3.6 seemed accurate. The food was mediocre and nothing special. I ordered three sandwiches, three “upscale” sides, and two appetizers, totaling $60. For my first visit, I wasn’t impressed. I’ve eaten worse, but I won’t return.

My husband, myself and my son has been wanting to try it. We went in there tonight and sat there for a little while. No one came to help us. My Husband had to walk into the bar part to ask for I don’t know menus or something and she never even gave him a straight answer. She just continue talking to everyone at the bar so he walked back over to the table and we waited a while longer still no service no nothing no. not even a hello, not a wave not nothing from nobody so we left came to dog haus downtown New Albany was immediately greeted at the door, took to our table and the waitress was here within two seconds. Had our drinks on the table and food ordered all within about three minutes fall city kitchen needs to go take notes SHE LOST A $100 tip TONIGHT

Picked up 125 wings to take tailgating. They were hot and ready to pick up when I got there. The wings were big and delicious! A friend from Buffalo was visiting and gave them two thumbs up. I recommend highly!

Stopped here with my husband on the way home from work for a quick bite and to check the place out. It was not too busy which is just how we like it and food was priced well.
I had the smash burger and it was delicious, very satisfying bar fare. I love the seasoning on the fries as well!
My husband loved his pulled pork sandwich with the spicy bourbon sauce. He is very particular with sauces so trust him when he says it’s good.
Waitress was obliviously new and not very experienced, but she still did a good job and gave it her all. Very friendly and attentive.
We would love to come here again in the future!

The service sucked
Set there for 10 minutes before we was asked for even a drink. Had to ask to order food. Food took for ever to get. Wife liked her burger , wings was nothing to rave about. Menu was nothing ul talk about. They did have chicken hearts, should of ordered those. Better step it up or won’t be open long. It’s a cool place up set and talk but the food isn’t worth the stop a good beer joint is all.

Our family stopped in for dinner and everything was delicious. We had the cod bites, smash burger and wings and everyone was very happy. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our server was also very sweet. We will be back.
