Terrible dining experience. Let’s start with the fact that I never received the dressing for the salad that I asked for 4 times and when we were leaving was asked if I wanted it to go.
The shrimp cocktail was awesome. Nice big shrimp prepared perfectly.
Now, let’s discuss the strip steak. It was huge. Bigger than anything else I’ve seen. 10 inches long, 4inches wide and at least 1.5 inches thick. OF PURE FAT!!
I tried cutting into it from both ends and the middle. If I actually did get a piece cut off I couldn’t eat it due to the fat running through the center. Totally disappointed. I would highly recommend not going here when you pay these prices.

I have been going to Falettas since 1997. This restaurant has never disappointed me. I am going to confidently say it is the best restaurant in all of Erie County. Ron does such a remarkable job teaching the serving staff. The chefs always deliver the best foods. The Bar is cozy yet high end. I love the way they decorate for the holiday. They even have a nice deck/patio to sit on in the summer. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Please try this place but be respectful of the staff, they work very hard to deliver the best Buffalo/Clarence has to offer. 5 stars are all earned and much deserved.

5 stars for beautiful Christmas decorations and the real Santa sitting fireside. Luigia behind the bar is amazing. Why with all this potential is the dining room freezing??? A young woman at the next table had her jacket and ski cap on. I took off my heated jacket when they served the salad. The food was barely mediocre, especially for the premium priced menu. Our server was ‘okay’ and deserved exactly 18% but not a penny more. I hope they are interested enough in the business to try a little harder and start with making diners comfortable by turning up the thermostat

If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. Entire staff goes above and beyond! Food was amazing as always! My son loved loved loved his steak! Order the garlic bread….it’s a lot of food but it’s amazing; especially with the cloves of garlic in the loaf. Great restaurant!

Food is if you like cleaning smells to pair with it. . However, they turn off the bar lights and tv way before closing. Cold and bright lights. They start cleaning the place with ammonia as people are eating and drinking . I hope the owner and staff can make a change quick! The veal with ammonia is still in my nose and head. I will not go there again and do not recommend this place even with discounts they offer.

I recently had dinner with 2 friends .My wine was not what I ordered, the waiter said it was what I ordered. When I ordered a second, it tasted different and was What the first one should have been . I informed him that the second glass tasted different and was what the first one should have been. The waiter said they came out of the same bottle, and for the second glass he watched the bartender open the new bottle. We all caught the contradiction. I asked what the cost was of the wine, and neither our waiter or bartender knew. Ask for wine list before you order so you can see the charge. Also I asked for my pasta to be on the side, if it is an extra charge I do not have a problem, but please be honest and let me know at the time. Also 30 min. To have your bill taken and returned to me is a bit too long, especially when the restaurant was not that busy. Food was good but service is a big part of the experience and felt as a customer I was taken advantage of . The food good and atmosphere was great, but service felt was dishonest and that is something I will not tolerate.

My daughter celebrated her birthday in their beautifully decorated private room. Mariah and Ron are pros who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was of course delicious and as everyone states – large portions. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again to the staff and owner!

Had one of the best Italian meals of my life here last night. Service was great, the building is beautiful and interesting, the portions are enormous. Great sauce. There was a family eating there, speaking Italian so you KNOW it’s good. Haha Will definitely be coming back.
