I ordered the harissa hot honey glazed chicken sandwich because it sounded really good, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry and there was basically no glaze on it at all. Some parts of the chicken seemed like they had been sitting out for a while because they were so tough I could barely bite through them. On top of that, the sandwich wasn’t even warm when I got it. The flavor was also off, it didn’t taste like honey at all and instead had a slightly burnt taste.
For the price, it honestly shouldn’t have been that bad. It cost $14 for just the sandwich with no sides or drinks included, and it wasn’t even one full piece of chicken it was two small pieces.

I eaten here a few times and always ordered the regular fries. One of the workers suggested the lemon cilantro fries and they were everything!! They’re some of the best fries I’ve ever had and will be ordering those from now on. The flavor is perfect!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but it has been three times in a row that I’m am being disappointed. It used to be my favorite place at the mall. The quality of food is good but the portions became a joke. They don’t even fill the bowl up half way anymore. You can finish the meat and rice in two teaspoons.

Food was good. Giving 3 stars as this was one of my most awkward ordering experiences ever. Interaction with the woman behind the counter was awkard and she was busier talking to her coworker than focusing on what we are asking to add to our bowl, and she closed the bowl probably 2-3 times and i would keep telling her that i am not done with toppings yet… service is horrible.

So ive been eating at this restaurant since they opened their store front across costco on Meacham rd. Loved everything i tried. When they reopened their store now at the mall, i was very excited to have them back in business. I eat there atleast twice a week. Everything had been going great. Until this past week i went to get my usual order which is a shish tawook bowl, and was beyond disappointed to see theyre now using chicken breast big CHUNKS instead of the small bite size dark meat. The lady serving me said dont worry its the samething. It truly left a bad taste- pun intended. It was dry and had to bite the chicken everytime. My daughter just left her bowl as is because it was so difficult for her to enjoy her bowl which she LOVES so much. I really hope this breast big chicken chunks was just a one time thing. Otherwise i dont see myself going back for it.

Mezeh/Cava clone, but with a unique flavor and unique items! The Cilantro Fries were really tasty, especially paired with garlic sauce. The Harissa Fried Chicken Sandwich wasn’t as spicy as expected but it was really balanced!

Guys, how many times can this happen?! After work my wife and I often stop by to get two shawarmas to go. We always order beef, no fries. And once again, when we get home and unpack the order — surprise: fries and chicken.

Had such a great experience at Falafill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made the visit special was our server, Xiomarqui — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our steak shawarma was warm rather than hot. The steak itself was salty. There was also a strong bitter taste, likely from the sauce. The cashier recommended the fries, saying they’re her favorite in Woodfield Mall. I’m glad I took her advice, as they were really good and tasted freshly made.
