We got the fajitas for 2 with chicken and steak – so quick, easy, and good! They include all the components such as lettuce, guac, rice, beans, etc. and it’s all very affordable. Chips and salsa are included and are delicious. Likely going to become a staple in our house!

We recently had a staff meeting of 75+ people and I was able to order from the catering menu. They were super quick with a response and a quote. We had some dietary restrictions like gluten free and some allergies, and they were able to accomodate us. The ordering process was super easy and affordable. They delivered on time and even set up the food for me. The staff couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. The portions were great and everything tasted really fresh. Highly recommend if you have a big event. Will definitely be ordering from Fajita Pete’s again.

We are fortunate that our office is located near Fajita Pete’s in Wilmette and we worked with them to cater our recent all-company meeting. The catering manager, Teddy, was so helpful with guiding our menu items and quantities and the food was fresh, hot and so easy to serve. Fajita Pete’s includes everything we needed to satisfy our office team and field workers! We served the chicken/beef combo, carnitas and veggie fajitas and Fajita Pete’s provided tortillas, chips, salsa, beans, lettuce and cheese to make the meal complete. Of course, we added flautas (amazing, also!) and queso and we had plenty for the group with enough leftovers for many happy colleagues to take home. Thank You So Much, Teddy and the entire team at Fajita Pete’s in Wilmette! I’ll be calling again soon!

As a first timer at Fajita Pete’s, I sincerely cannot recommend it enough! The convenience of having everything made FRESH and ready to eat is awesome enough, but the quality of food is worth raving about on its own. I’ve yet to have juicier chicken and more tender steak from a restaurant that has such quick and efficient service. Everything is so spotless and the owners are so incredibly kind. If you find yourself in the Wilmette area, this is a superb grab and go food spot tucked in the suburbs of Chicago!

The girl who took my order was very friendly. I ordered the carnita fajitas and a Mexican coke. The meat and veggies were pretty good. I will say that rice and beans needed some more flavor. The tortilla’s are important to the fajita meal. I do think that my tortillas were undercooked. I’ve included pictures below. But after taking a bite it was very doughy and the tortilla was too translucent. I am a little disappointed because I’ve had the family meal before and it was really good. I also did wait around 15 minutes for my takeout meal. So, I am assuming that maybe they were short staffed or had a lot of call-in orders. But again, just slightly disappointed.
Update: The issue did get resolved! I got lunch today from Fajita Pete’s and the food was much better. I also got the mixed tortillas. The flour tortillas tasted a lot better and the corn tortilla was DELICIOUS. Thank you Fajita Pete’s and Teddy for addressing my concerns. Will definitely be coming back

I recently discovered this gem, and I’m so glad I did! The food here is absolutely incredible. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful. The meat are perfectly seasoned! Their burritos are generously packed and loaded with flavor.
The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is fast and friendly. I love that you can split proteins in your order easily, and everything is packaged perfectly for takeout — nothing ever arrives soggy or cold.
Don’t skip their guacamole and chips or the churros for dessert. Both are absolutely worth it! Whether you’re craving a quick lunch or a hearty dinner, this place never disappoints. It’s quickly become my go-to spot for Mexican food.
